My case: i'm making a small Paper MC server for me and friends but with heavy plugins like MythicMobs and custom items. I started playing around with it using a on-machine server on my MacBook, but both ram and CPU were insane bottlenecks, so i needed a platform to host it. Found an affordable option with Ukrainian language interface and asked for a free trial to see how it compares to self-hosting. Night and day difference, lol. I took the "Obsidian Performance" plan with 5gb ram, 60ssd and 3CPU cores and i must say that is plenty for my needs.

Can't speak for huge servers with 100+ online, but for my use-case and, probably, any 5-30 player smp the hosting is perfect!

Remember that ram could be a bottleneck, i would say 4-6gm is minimum for modern MC and is you wand 20-30+ players you should go for around 10+.

I'm hosting a server with a group of friends from Italy and Spain, and we are really enjoying it. I love how easy it is to install plugins and mods, and being able to monitor and manage the server from the Android app or the webpage is great. Also, the possibility to increase resources at any time is a very nice feature. I would definitely recommend it.

Usługa hostingowa niezgodna z opisem.
Serwer został aktywowany automatycznie, ale w praktyce nie działał poprawnie (błędy, niestabilność, brak możliwości realnego korzystania z usługi).

Reklamacja została odrzucona formalną odpowiedzią opartą wyłącznie na art. 38 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, mimo że nie dotyczyła odstąpienia od umowy, lecz nienależytego wykonania usługi.

Wsparcie techniczne i obsługa klienta wykazały się całkowitym brakiem rzetelności, w szczególności w kwestiach prawnych i rozpatrywania reklamacji. Odpowiedzi miały charakter szablonowy, bez realnej analizy problemu, a zgłoszenia były ignorowane merytorycznie.

Sprawa została zgłoszona do UOKiK.
Potencjalni klienci powinni liczyć się z tym, że problem może nie zostać rozwiązany, a pieniądze mogą zostać bezpowrotnie stracone.

Nie polecam.

Brak profesjonalizmu, na uruchomienie usługi czekam grube 12 godzin. Zgłoszenie zostało zamknięte i dalej nie widzę poprawy. Bez porównania u konkurencji...

Odpowiedź do usługodawcy: pewnie w regulaminie też macie że nie przesuwacie okresu rozliczenia o potencjalne 24h? Przez co przy dobrych wiatrach stracę 2 dni :)

Had an issue with Poland server, the problem was with hosting, not Minecraft server. I had lags during play, and it wasn't a performance issue. I decided to ping server by IP and saw some "Request timeout" limes in my cmd. After giving this information to support, they told me that it's my problem (I gave them screenshot of cmd, and I checked the result of it from different IPs), and they just not answering anymore.

The price is low, but if you are in trouble, they won't do much to fix problems.
Swaped to another hosting.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY. In my support ticket mentioned that we tried to ping hosting server from "different regions of country", but it looks like it has been ignored. Just to be sure, I tested it with ping in 2ip.me to see a same packet loss issue and it still persists.

UPDATE2: Tried also ping.pe. And it shows packet loss 2-10% everywhere :)

Update 3:
Your link shows that this ip is available to ping and it pings 4 times. Can you please try it somewhere, where you can ping it constantly during some amount of time. Because using ping.pe, after like 5 minutes, we have package loss about 5%. I can open a new ticket with a sceenshot if you want. But can't you do this by YOUR OWN instead of blaming me ?

UPDATE 4: They just canceled my server and that's all. Interesting experience.

UPDATE 5:
Regarding the service cancellation, yes, I requested a cancellation because I switched to a different hosting service, but I still wanted to resolve the issue. They requested additional info about me through trustpilot mail, and after that my service was canceled.
When canceling the service, I only had one cancellation option, which allowed me to use the server for the period I paid for. That's why I'm surprised)
Actually, I wouldn't mind talking in person, at least to fix the problem if you still don't see it).

Mi experiencia con el atención al cliente fue muy buena, tuve un problema que rara vez sucede pero gracias su ayuda pude solucionarlo y mantener los datos de mi server, recomiendo la página 100%!
