Hostway treats me like I matter

I've been using Hostway for more than a decade now. While I'm just a small (personal use) customer with a couple of domains and a handful of exchange accounts - it certainly feels like they treat me like a large corporate. Customer service is always helpful, and the service itself is fabulous.

Our Church emails were with Spectrum…

Our Church emails were with Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Business) for several years. When Spectrum decided to stop hosting they sent an email to that effect. Trying to deal with Spectrum was almost impossible because they insisted they did not host the mail. Find out they (while still TWC) had contracted with Mimecast for hosting. Mimecast wouldn't release records because their deal was with Time Warner Cable. Finally, a Hostway representative took the time (and a lot of it) to straighten out the mess and get all the MX records and addresses switched. Mail has worked flawlessly since then. We could not be more pleased.

Hostway offers great service

I have used Hostway for years now and have always been happy with the service I have received. They are always quick to respond if you need help and they have a great assortment of self serve tools.

I had a question on the SSL…

I had a question on the SSL subscription for my site, and the question was answered quickly and accurately. It saved me money because I was about to purchase a new SSL based on a deceptive email that I thought was from Hostway, but was actually from an outside company. Hostway support assured me that SSL came with my plan and the other email did not come from Hostway.

very bad company for hosting

very bad company for hosting, in fact I had my email hosting there, one day my account was suspended because someone hacked it and I had already linked my email with a lot of company for two-factor authentication but hostway refuses to anyway to find solution of my problem

Sister Company-MyHosting

I had been a myhosting customer for years. I had a credit card expire and missed one payment. They terminated - TERMINATED the service. And guess what, their answer was to move to Hostway their "sister" company. Seriously, if you want people to migrate why not work with them? TERMINATE? I will absolutely go elsewhere. Thank you, and NO THANK YOU!

The services with MyHosting had an outstanding balance since 05/01/2020, hence why your account was terminated. Your services were terminated only just now - 09/29/2020.

I've been working with the Hostway…

I've been working with the Hostway platform for over a decade and have found it and its support services unfailingly reliable. In all that time, I believe there was only one time I needed to call on support services to sort out an issue and I found the tech person responsive and effective.
