Hostway is easy to work with. They provide excellent customer service and technical support. We have been with Hostway for approximately 12 years and have had no problems with their hosting or support. Definitely recommend Hostway if you are looking for a hosting service.

ALS je ze iets laat doen geef GEEN incasso af, Hostway blijft afschrijven en stort niets terug, gewoon geen reactie en een slechte service.

Wat een dubieuze club!
Slechte ervaringen met Hostway/ Hostcloud. Moeilijk of niet te bereiken, afschrijvingen die niet klopten en die maanden doorgingen nadat ik op andere provider was overgestapt. Bij de eerste facturen die ze stuurden werd Nederlands, Engels en Duits door elkaar gebruikt. En, ongelofelijk: meteen bij de eerste factuur kwam een dreigement met juridische stappen bij niet betalen. Let wel, geen aanmaning, geen herinnering! Gewoon bij de eerste factuur meteen met de deurwaarder dreigen. Blij dat ik er weg ben. Ik houd nog wel mijn rekening goed in de gaten, in geval ze alsnog bedragen afschrijven. Dat deden ze eerder ook al.

Excellent Tech Support When Needed
Relatively easy to use for my simple domain registration needs. Telephone support was exceptional when a difficult access problem (not of Hostway's causing) required some creative tech support.

I realize that I am a small user of Hostway services. I am VERY satisfied with the Exchange Hosting. Especially the dependability of the service and the SPAM filtering. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing Exchange Hosting services. My small level of dissatisfaction is with the response of the web-hosting Support Team. Again, I realize that I only have a single domain but it took, in my opinion, much to much time and effort on my part to get a domain transferred/registered and have web-hosting services assigned. This may be halo effect in that this was my last recent experience with the Hostway staff, but if were not for that experience I would have given Hostway a 5-star rating.

Oplichters i.p.v 1x per jaar…
Oplichters i.p.v 1x per jaar automatisch afschrijven is het in 2019 8x gebeurd .Het begon eerst 1x per maand wat mij niet opgevallen was totdat het zelfs 2x per maand gebeurde en het mij opviel.
NIET met deze partij in zee gaan ..!!!

Zeer slechte zaak, oplichtersbende
Zeer slechte zaak. Meerdere malen geld afgeschreven van mijn rekening (honderden euro's) terwijl doensten al jaren geleden zijn beeindigd. Medewerkers (Ik krijg alleen Laura aan de telefoon) interesseren zicht totaal niet voor de klant, geeft aan niets te kunnen doen en haar 'leidinggevende', als die al bestaat, is ook nooit binnen of bereikbaak. Afspraken worden niet nagkomen. Nog altijd geld niet retour. Civielrechtelijke procedure gestart, NOOIT zaken doen met deze oplichtersbende.
Reply van Hostway is voor het zaaien van verwarring. Review is bij het correcte bedrijf ingediend, en juni 2021 nog steeds honderden euro's verschuldigd door Hostway

Account opgezegd 2015/2016 krijg nog…
Account opgezegd 2015/2016 krijg nog steeds rekeningen om te betalen, diverse malen per mail aangegeven dat het opgezegd is betalingen terug geboekt en rekening geblokkeerd. Kreeg geen reactie van hun. Klacht bij comsuWijzer.nl gedaan, bij meerdere klachten word door overheid actie ondernomen, dus mensen klachten bij comsuWijzer.nl doen.
