Super kind reception staff
Both times I have stayed your reception staff have been very kind and friendly, so that when I arrived really frayed from a long drive I could relax and feel looked after, helping me with my wifi, and bringing my ( unexpectedly very tasty) pizza to my room. Highly recommend.

Easy to book
Easy to book, transparent pricing, except I checked a box and paid extra to be able to cancel until the day before believing it would be a full refund, but it is not a full refund at all, just a partial refund.
