I had a great service after a few teething problems with my house sale. Once these problems were out of the way, which was of no fault of the company, the house sale went through pretty quickly. I was kept informed along the whole process, Luke and Mario ensured I knew what was happening and also chasing the solicitor side of things for me. I would recommend this company to get your house sold fast.

Mario and his team made a particularly difficult move so much easier to navigate. They were always available to help with our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to secure the property we wanted. Highly recommended and thanks again!

Probably the only genuine property buying company I have come across. After contacting several others who either gave me an extremely low offer upon hearing I had a flat with cladding or turned me away completely, I contacted this company after my flat sale fell through and they seemed genuinely interested in trying to help me find a solution, other than just their immediate cash buying option. I am still weighing up my options about whether to wait and sell via a traditional estate agent but if I need to, I will definitely be using this company and would recommend Dan in particular who has been so helpful throughout.

Genuinely the best estate agent around. Having found myself in a rush to sell a flat (due to various mitigating circumstances) I begrudgingly contacted this company for a quick sale. To my surprise they have been thee most professional, efficient and knowledgeable agency I have ever dealt with (bearing in mind I use to be an estate agent so have worked with many). A special thanks must be given to Duncan Fretter who was exceptionally hardworking and patient with my angst. Every single phone call, email and message was replied to promptly. Every person in the office was courteous and proficient and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Mario and his team were extremely communicative during the whole process of selling our house. During a time where the housing market was so volatile we still managed to get the house we had our heart set on and sold our house for the price we wanted.
