House clearance after bereavement
From start to finish Alfred and his team made the process easy during a difficult time. I was kept informed each step of the way. Once emptied the carpets were hoovered and cupboards wiped down. I would have no hesitation in recommending House Clearance Scotland in the future.

Quick and efficient - excellent service
Alfred checked very carefully what furniture was going and what was remaining. His communication is excellent - he checked access for the vans and texted a reminder of date and time a couple of days in advance. They were friendly, very quick and efficient when dismantling and removing everything. Great to know as much as possible is being reused. Many thanks.

The men, Damien and Daniel were already at the house when I arrived. They worked diligently and respectfully and very efficiently to get the work done. During my initial discussion with Albert, I told him I thought he had priced the job too high - after all, it was only half a house he had to clear. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was a great deal. As well as carefully dismantling furniture, they had to load it carefully in 'types' of load as they had to make several stops to unload the furniture to different places before finishing for the day. Hours and hours of work. Thank you Albert, Damien and Daniel. We couldn't have done it without you!

Clearance exactly as described …
Alfred came out to the property short notice, we discussed what we wanted removed and what was to stay
He talked me through the process and we agreed a price
The day of the clearance Alfreds team arrived at the appointed time and started work
We were kept informed and Alfred sent videos throughout to show us the progress
Once cleared the house was hoovered and left in a tidy condition
We were impressed with the process from start to finish hence 5 stars

Can’t recommend Alfred & his team highly enough- they cleared & cleaned mum’s house as we would have, but in a fraction of the time. As a sensitive and stress-free way to deal with the end of a family home they are unbeatable. And everything is recycled in some way- awesome, thanks guys.

I can't rate Alfred and his team highly enough. Alfred understood exactly what was required in clearing my mum's home. Both he and his team supported me throughout this difficult process and as I was not there, provided me with pictures and videos of the work carried out. The removal was quick, efficient and beyond my expectations, especially with hoovering up afterwards. What I had wished to keep was delivered to me which I really appreciated and hadn't expected.
