Company that tries to get money without you knowing
Will write in english since company is english too(Hungary based)
Company that does ghost debits and multiple times I have amounts debited from my bank, this is completely unknown and have never had a subscription from this company, also they sign you up for a dating site where again fraudulently money is taken from you, and again it is completely unknown to me, communication is terrible as they do not respond through e-mail, I read several messages about this company about their scam services and there is even a consumer association article written about it, all in all, a company that scams you, block all direct debits from this company if this is not known, They even just tried to do it again, lucky I blocked it and I notified them, but unfortunately no response whatsoever. And sadly no solution either, and please don't send the common anwser, but come up with a proper solution, like I said these debits are completely unknown to me.

Nun hat diese Firma übertrieben.
Da ich die zu Unrecht abgebuchten Beträge zurückgezogen habe, sind sie jetzt dazu übergegangen, die " eCollect AG " einzuschalten. Wie schon angekündigt, habe ich den Vorgang meinen Anwalt übergeben.
Ich werde nicht für ein ABO bezahlen, welches ich nie abgeschlossen habe.
Ich wünsche der Firma "Howlogic KFT" viel Spaß mit meinem Anwalt.

Scamsite , Don't answer or react on it Big Scammmmm
Ik had mij ingeschreven in deze site( datesite gelinkt aan) Howlogic Kft op 15/11/2023. En dan heb ik mij afgeschreven rond 15/01/2024 ( ik zag daar geen interesse niet meer, veel blabla en foto's zonder meer) . Maar de goeie passwoord dat zij mij gaven was al reeds verstreken of niet bestaande ( ik viel van uit de lucht, het is hun paswoord). Ik heb mij uitgeschreven denkend, alles is goed maar... . Nu in april 2024. Krijg ik een duitse rechtbank(T&D Rechtsanwält Gbr) op de vloer om bedrag van ongeveer ( het stijgt elke maand) €2000,00 te betalen. Onlangs in februari hebben zij onverwacht (achter mijn rug en stiekem) een bedrag van €800,00 proberen ontfutselen. Maar ik heb het op tijd kunnen terugvorderen. Mijn bank is al op de hoogte en het schijnt dat deze site een grote scamsite is op een rode (bijna paars en gloeiend) lijst. Ik vind het vreemd dat al hun berichten direkt op mijn spam terecht komen en dat alle informatie die erin geschreven zijn enkel aan hen mag doorgestuurd worden. Mag de rechtbank van mijn land daar niets van afweten???? Waarom?? Allemaal scam.

Ik betaalde for een proef abonnement - Maar je komt niet van ze af.
Ik betaalde for een proef abonnement. En de site voelde niet goed. Ik heb het abonnement via hun 0800 nummer direct gestopt, want er was geen manier om via email mijn wachtwoord te herstellen. Dit is een pure scam website. Ga nooit naar deze website. Want ze hebben op maandag direct geld van mijn rekening afgeschreven. En het lijkt erop, dat ze die incasso's doorgeven. Echt een crimenele organisatie. En ik voel me stom, dat ik erin ben getrapt.
Als ze dit niet fixen, krijgen ze te maken met mijn bank en advocaat. En blok ik al hun incasso's. Wat smerig..

ACHTUNG BETRUG
Plötzlich werden von einem 80jährigen Rentner seinem Konto regelmäßig 89 Euro vom Konto abgebucht. Das gleich 3 Mal hintereinander. Zwei Mal monatlich - Monat für Monat.
Deshalb heute vorerst mal zur Sicherheit die SEPA-Abbuchung sperren lassen. Noch am selben Tag kommt eine Mail, dass das Abo sich automatisch verlängert. Mit einem Link, über den man das Abo kündigen kann. Der Link führt zu einer Zahlungsübersicht, aber keine Chance das Abo zu kündigen.
Also die Nummer angerufen. Hier wird zwar mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass 3 Abos zu 3 Datingseiten von dem 80jährigen Mann abgeschlossen worden sein sollen. Aber Nachweis mit Unterschrift oder Opt-In blieb man schuldig. Ebenso die Antwort auf die Frage, wie man zu der Bankverbindung des Rentners kam?
Zudem wird behauptet, dass die Beträge von dem 80jährigen Rentner regelmäßig überwiesen wurden. Also quasi als Kenntnis und Einverständnis zum Abo. Das ist schlichtweg eine Lüge.
Zum Schluß wird behauptet, dass der Rentner noch Schulden hätte und man das Abo nur kündigen könne, wenn er seine Schulden begleichen würde. Dafür bekommt er in den nächsten Tagen eine Zahlungsaufforderung zugesendet. Damit beendete der Mann das Gespräch. Also Abo schlichtweg nicht kündbar. Die versuchen anscheinend noch mal Kassa zu machen, nachdem die SEPA-Lastschrift gesperrt ist.
Ich habe das rund 15 Minuten dauernde Gespräch aufgenommen. Vorsorglich aufgrund der bisherigen negativen Rezessionen.
