Achtung Abzocker! Versuchen ohne erlaubnis Geld vom Konto abzubuchen jede woche ca 1-2 mal. Wenn man die Probezeit kündigen will wird einem gesagt dies wurde erledigt danach kamen Inkasso Briefe, Anwaltsbrief uvm. Wir müssen zahlen. Obwohl wir beweislich alles fest gehalten haben! 3 Mal haben wir gekündigt. Neue Bankkarte, Der Polizei und der Bank gemeldet! Absoloute Betrüger Mafia. Achja lest euch mal die Agbs durch, in den Agbs steht das ihr nicht mit frauen schreibt sondern mit Männern ;) Also Chat Mitarbeiter. Männer Arbeiten als Moderator oft auch Frauen sehr alte oder ganz andere Frauen als auf den Bildern das ist Betrug auf höchsten Niveau

This is a scam.. I have found out the hard way they take money from you without knowing. Be aware of this!
I called my bank few months ago and they stopped the payments. They called back few weeks later that I wasn't the only one and that there will be an investigation about scamming. They also said they have made a note to the international bank-community to be aware of this. Also the authorities are notified and they are investigating but don't have much to work with. I also get letters now from Themys en Dyke but if you ask for info they don't reply. Watch out these are scammers!

Dit bedrijf wordt gebruikt door scam datingsites die enkel met (eigen) valse profielen werkt (algoritmes) en betalende prostitutie. Voor dat men beseft wat er eigenlijk aan het gebeuren is worden er geldsommen van de slachtoffers hun bankrekeningen gehaald, erger nog blijven de door de site aangemaakte domiciliëringen opspruiten als paddestoelen tussen de door hen aangemaakte domicilieringen op onwetende slachtoffers hun bankrekeningen. Het gaat allemaal razendsnel op die sites die jou ondertussen 'flooding' met reclames voor hun andere sites wat verwarring zaait omdat je denkt nog op de vorige site bezig te zijn terwijl dit niet is want zit je op een andere scamsite terwijl je tracht jouw profiel en account te verwijderen.
Er wordt automatisch een nieuw profiel aangemaakt op de nieuwe scamsites op basis van de gegevens die werden ingegeven op de allereerste site waar je ondertussen nog bent aan het trachten jezelf uit te schrijven en te verwijderen terwijl je verder om de tuin wordt geleid. Via de customer support wordt men ook om de tuin geleid en is het een kat en muis spelletje.
Elk van hen verwijst naar een webpagina die het onmogelijk maakt een profiel te verwijderen en beweert dan je dit via een PC moet doen ipv het toestel waarmee he de fout beging un de eerste instantie.
Wanneer men supportteam mailt met de vraag om het account te verwijderen verwijzen zij jou terug door naar het 'merry go round' systeem geleid door sluwe algoritmes.
Het incasso bureau Themys & Dyke wordt dan later gebruikt die met de dreiging afkomen om gerechtelijke stappen te ondernemen indien je niet betaald.
Via mijn bank slaagde ik er in om de meeste betalingen terug te vorderen maar de bank rekende mij € 15 aan per domiciliering die zij niet konden uitvoeren.
Er dient harder te worden opgetreden tegen dit type oplichters. De wereld kan zonder dit type parasieten daar we al voldoende hebben aan wetten, energiebedrijven, banken, verzekeringen en regeringen die dat doen.
HowlogicKft geniet financieel lekker mee van deze oplichterspraktijken. Het maakt niet uit voor hen op welke wijze mensen worden opgelicht via scamsites, zolang het maar kan gebeuren via hun platform en het maakt hen zeker niet uit of er hierbij doden vallen als gevolg van de praktijken van deze scamdatingsites.
Misschien wel wanneer er een bende slachtoffers tegen hun illusionaire ivoren torens van constructies staan te plassen.

Findedates site is fake. Most of profiles are scam. Also experiencing problems with billing cancelation. Two attempts to remove my profile and still can not do it because not getting email with cancelation code. I wish there are a department who would investigate and run investigation on criminal record because I believe Howlogic KFT benefits from scam on site Findedates and other sites this company run.

Called several times to block the subscription. Still it hasn't been blocked; cause they come with excuses for a new trial period. Make sure you have an e-mail cancellation! And the operators don't speak proper English.

I already informed bank & police to stop this way of doing 'so called' business.

Typical Scammers running dating websites with fake profiles. Tricking users into online subscriptions for fake services. Horrendous fees and customer support.
Business model is essentially to steal money ...

Host of a range of fraudulent dating sites. If one subscribes to their services it is virtually impossible to get rid of said subscription even if you call or mail them with the wish of cancellation, or post a letter to their stated mail adress it does not work as it is non existent and the letter will be lost in the German postal bureaucracy, safe for blocking the automated payments outright you can't stop it.

If you do that however, the cretins of howlogic kft (based in Hungary of all places) will send their lapdogs of a supposedly German/Swiss based collection Agency; "Ecollect AG".

Who will send empty threat e-mails raising the price owed by you (supposedly) in an effort to make you pay out of fear of legal repercussions. One should be aware that Ecollect AG ignores all rules of the Swiss chamber of commerce if one looks at their reviews, one can see that the 5 star reviews are usually hollow and very generic. The 1 star reviews are usually a lot more descriptive and speak of scams and scamming.

In the German "Bundesanzeiger" you can find information, that the former eCollect.deAG i.L., with main location in Köln (Cologne, Germany) HRB 31682 was liquidated in the year 2015.
The company eCollect Germany GmbH can not be found in the German "Bundesanzeiger" and thus is liable to an official bundespolizei investigation. It is also legally forbidden from "collecting" in Belgium according to the body "De Economische inspectie" (Economic inspection) tied to the Belgian ministry of finance.

A dubious company to say the least; if one googles them and uses streetview the results are 2 locations. One In Switzerland on some desolated and deserted industrial terrain in a building that proudly displays the name of Emerson Electric Co. An American multinational corporation headquartered in Ferguson, Missouri, United States of America. Second a dodgy looking pawnshop somewhere in Germany. One can then safely assume that the company does not exist outside of the Internet. Last but not least, Ecollect AG has it's own dedicated page on the website of the European Council for Consumers warning consumers of their antics.

Finally regarding howlogic kft's location, one can find it by perusing the bottom of one of their websites. The adress when typed into Google maps shows a random residential block in some random hungarian town.

In short I would not be surprised if howlogic and Ecollect AG are one and the same or at the very least closely tied to one another.

Their practises are detestable and as far as I'm aware no one who refused to pay has been brought before a court. A sham and a very unconvincing one at that.
