HPC Laser Avis 

Excellent service from Steve, who opened up the warehouse on Sunday morning to sell me an 80W replacement tube for the DoES Liverpool laser cutter (we're currently very busy making visors for health workers).

Fantastic experience with HPC Laser. We have been looking at laser engravers for some time and did quite alot of research. Having looked at a few from other companies, we found them to be much more expensive than HPC Laser. HPC laser machines seemed to do what we wanted. We had a few emails backwards and forwards as well as telephone calls before purchasing. Steve was extremely helpful throughout the enquiries and buying process. Customer service is extremely important and this has been second to none. We had the machine delivered and installed and the engineer was polite and helpful. We have yet to use the machine but I am sure they will be on the end of the phone/email when we require assistance. I would definitely recommend HPC Laser.

Id like to share my experience about HPC as a company and the staff.
I purchased my machine from a lady up country although it was like new and she only had the machine for around 3 months So i did ask why she was selling the machine when her husband said “ thats her all over she has interests that doesn't last long” i did some research on C02 lasers and saw a lot of Positive reviews about a HPC machine. When i spoke to the lady about the machine she said she did extensive research on lots of laser machines and the HPC came out on top , this lady and her husband seemed genuine on the phone so i left wales to pick up the machine .

I got the machine home and set it all up to have a go but started to get frustrated as im not used to this sort of Technology Being the tender age of 63 lol and wasn't used to the software and never even know what a DFX file is so i had to learn the hard way by asking around on different forums and this went on for a while when i was in a forum one day and director of HPC was in there and said that if i phone the office they would help me in any info i needed to know as it was one of their machines to which i replied that i got it of a lady this being second hand but like new, he assured me as because its one of their machines they would help me out and that they would offer me free training but im the type i like to learn myself and of course that was one of my mistakes and made a lot of them i even burned out my tube because of me being stubborn and wanting to learn myself .

I thought that HPC wouldn't want to help me because i hadn't bought the machine off them direct but i gave it a shot and phoned HPC anyway but i was soon proven to be wrong ! They were very very helpful , i phoned them time and time again learning things over the phone and sending me diagrams ect its a wonder they didn’t get fed up of me but they Never did and In fact always courteous and helpful and this told me something about HPC as a good company and the support is always there , they could have turned me away as i didnt get it direct from them but they never and was always pleased to help me , i run a small business wheelie bin cleaning before i retired So i had the knowledge as to who's a good company and who's a bad company and for me i knew it was HPC Who fitted my description of a very good company who didnt really have to help me but they did .
I upgraded from a 40w to a 60 W and of course had HPC to sort that out for me and also purchased other things ie a rotary device, 8 think thats only fair to use them as they helped me.

And you may well ask what now,,, well now i dont pester HPC lol as ive learned how to operate the machine and even learned how to align my mirrors . I will say this , if i had the space and the money i would get a bigger machine and i would go to HPC for this because they are always there for their customers .

Their engineer who came to upgrade my machine was very helpful and a lovely fella , ive never had a problem with this machine its been fantastic and I'm addicted .

Now for some valuable advise, when you get your machine off HPC take up the offer to have some training first its a must honestly.
I got a page on facebook called “ waynes world of wood” and you can see things ive made on there with my laser machine .
As a company id have no hesitation purchasing another machine from them.

Excellent laser that pretty much does what you ask it to do.
I had a software issue once, but I simply rang them up and then talked me through the fix and sent over some code to plug in to fix it.

I just bought a 6090 secondhand nearly new. But I had a few problems setting up with soft wear and dongle .but I phoned hpc and there tech guy was so helpful and got it up running perfect support. Well done guys

I initially drove down to HPC just for a replacement laser tube after having a bad experience with another company, they opened up specially for me on a Saturday & the service i received while there encouraged me to invest in one of their laser script machines. It’s very reassuring that they’re only a phone call away to help out with any queries, from the smallest and simplest to the more complex ‘brain picking’ questions. Genuinely one of the best laser companies around. I have had a total of 8 machines from them now, 6 are still in constant use (the other 2 were very small machines which we no longer needed so sold them on). The oldest of which is 9 years old and still going strong! Their after sales service is second to none, and you can call through to the office for any technical support at any time. Their demo days are great for testing out the machines and seeing what they are capable of too! Unlike a lot of other companies, they keep spares for pretty much any part of the machine in stock, and I have even driven to the HQ in Elland, Halifax the same day to pick up spares and had the machine running again within 5 hours.

These are the workhorses of my business, and I could not of achieved it without them!

From the first contact with these guys, everything was no trouble at all. Very reliable and easy to talk to. Purchasing was easy, delivery went well and the continued telephone and email support cannot be beat.
Products are all covered by warranty and lifetime support is priceless.

Great quality lasers with THE best aftercare and support. I purchased HPC and have no regrets. The guys are always on hand to give phone advice and diagnose faults for free. Replacement parts are sent out quickly, which is perfect when running a business. Dont buy a cheap chinese laser as you will regret it when it breaks down or you cant get it working to begin with.

We have got our 1st machine from HPC 3 years ago and from our first enquiry until now we have had great service. They delivered and installed our machine and stayed and gave us training which was brilliant to get us up and running. We now have 2 of their machines as our business has grown and they still offer the same great support years later. If we have a problem we can give them a call and they are always helpful. I would definitely recommend HPC their customer service is outstanding, everyone is kind and helpful no matter what the problem is. And their machines are great!

Just purchased my second Lasercut 3020 from HPC Laser. Purchased original one five years ago and could have purchased a cheaper one off eBay but due to the top service, permanent telephone backup, spare parts held on site if needed, helpful blog site and supply of laserable materials there was no sensible choice other than to buy another one from HPC.

Dealt with HPC four years ago. It was a great experience from start to finish.
Only had to call for support once in all that time and Jonathan was on hand with helpful emails with suggestions on how to fix our small problem.
The 3060 was a great model model for us and would highly recommend HPC without blinking. Top product.

Just want to say how great the team at HPC are. Try as I might I cannot source my materials cheaper anywhere. I ring up to request materials and they are always very accommodating. Even better is the new website chat feature via which I can get answers to questions without having to be on the phone. You are all fab-u-lous Cheers!

HPC lasers are incredible machines, robust, reliable and a good price. Their customer service and technical support cannot be beaten in my opinion. I am on my 2nd machine and honestly would not change to any other supplier.

I’ve had my HPC 6090 laser for almost a year now, the machine is excellent I’m still learning it’s capabilities but every time I have a query or need help or supplies the HPC team are always there to help.
I would highly recommend them and their equipment range to anyone, be they a complete newcomer or an experienced laser handler.

Great company, really helpful especially when I go into full can’t remember a thing mode, and if there’s a problem they will talk you through what you need to do to, and generally help you to solve it!

Bought my laser machine 5 years ago from HPC, and has been a great buy.
After a visit to their show room they installed & set up my machine and instructed me on how to use and look after it.
They have great customer service and back up.

From ordering to delivering and installing my machine the HPC team were great at answering my many questions and putting my mind at rest.
