HPC Laser Avis 

Generally pleased with the recent upgrade work carried out to our machine. Only one issue that wasn't really made clear on quotation was that the upgraded extraction fan would not be installed and is sold supplied only. The original extraction fan had been installed at high level and the new upgraded fan will need further work and ducting to set-up and commission. The Engineer that carried out the work was very informative about the work he had completed and gave a clear explanation about the new software installed.

HPC attended the moving of our 3 year old (purchased from them) Fibre laser from our old unit to new - all went very smoothly and reset up within a day - engineer was booked for further day getting it running smoothly again , Engineer (and hi-ab lorry driver) were both excellent - I’m a happy customer!

The engineer turned up on time, he was presentable and efficient. His depth of knowledge was good, he answered all my questions in a 'non-jargon' manner. He explained what he was doing as he was going along without slowing down the service. All in all very pleased with the service given.

The guys at HPC arranged to collect our old Laser Cutter to replace it with a new one. All went as planned and as smoothly as can be expected trying to get such a large device into and out of as small room. Excellent service.

Tom from HPC set up our machine very quickly considering the size of the install. Very knowledgeable and helpful, with clear explanations on how to use the software and how different materials behaved when being cut. Great value machine!

All the team have been extremely helpful. Especially Jeanette and Roman. Roman talked me through what he was doing, as he did it. So we can maintain our laser cutter properly

This is my second unit from HPC and the installation was carried out professionally as was the first back in 2008 would recommend the quality of the unit and the customer service.

Back in the distant past (2018) We purchased out 1st device from HPC. When it came time to replace it HPC where very helpful and the installer/trainer (Stan) was very helpful it great to talk to someone who is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject.

This company is easy to contact and will always have good advice. They are efficient in their response to organise a visit.

We already had a laser that wasn’t quite right for what we needed. The team at HPC were amazing in showing us a few different machines which meant we found the right machine with us. Without them taking the time to help us and seeing the machines in person I don’t think we would have ever have got the machine we needed. Thanks for your help!

These guys are the best in the business. I've been a customer for 9 years. The after sales service is brilliant, (with me not being very technical) the support you get on the phone is fabulous, so clear and calm when I'm flapping that I've got a problem. They have bent over backwards to get to me swiftly and replace parts when they have been end of life and I was stuck.
After sales is so important and I feel they have this bang on!

Really helpful and friendly customer service, with the call out engineer doing the job in a quick time and described what he had done and what to do to make sure the machine runs smoothly.

Having worked alongside HPC for numerous years, we knew they were our go to when expanding or company. An HPC engineer came to service our Laser Cutter. he was prompt, thorough, friendly and very helpful, also showing us how we can get the best out of our machine. Recommended.

We had a problem with our CNC router and booked an engineer visit. Engineer arrived at the scheduled time, had everything he needed with him. Set up and zeroed in the new controller.
Knew the system well and had the equipment working as it should.

I work at this secondary school in the North West since September 2013 as a Technician. In 2014 for the first time ever at school has been introduced a new asset The Laser Cutter 6090 from HPC Laser Company. I have had thorough training on 2 D design, and laser cutter software, and I must admitted I really liked it.
I am now familiar with sketches, drawings etc. and I am more confident to use and utilise my skills and experience, whether I am cutting or etching on different thickness materials.
