HPC Laser Avis 

Roman arrived in good time and took care to re set up our laser cutter to exacting tolerances. He ensured that belts and optics aways were re calibrated having first ensured that all were clean. He ran calibrations and tested interlocks were working. Throughout the service he was happy to discuss aspects of the machines use that I was interested in and showed a great deal of knowledge which he was more than willing to share.

I found the tech support team to be very helpful, helping our school with guidance and providing answers to all our questions they were instrumental in us getting our HPC6090 up and running.

Stan was excellent. Installed our machine in a timely manner and explained everything really clearly.

Jonathan really helped me out when I was in a fix.. I have moved abroad so no way to get an engineer to fix things... I had to replace a stepper driver and there was some other issues and after many emails managed to fix the problem.. Jonathan was very patient and helped me figure out the secondary issue. Def recommend and the after sales support from Jonathan was 5 stars. This happened some time a go and was going through my emails and realised I hadn't posted a review so apologies for that... better late than never!

engineer came a day early due to early finish of other jobs, was knowledgeable of the machine, helped with service, gave us 2 new filters but didn't need to change, but left with us, showed how to change lens as he couldn't change it for new one at time. but gave quote for new one.

Fantastic Machines & Customer Service

We have had our LS1290 Laser for approximately 12 years. It is a fantastic machine, it has never missed a beat. Recently we decided to upgrade the machine to a new Rudia Controller which would allow us to use Lightburn. Everyone from initial sales through logistics and the engineer who installed the upgrade for us was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend HPC to Anyone!

The engineer arrived prompt and talked through the repair and service making it easy to follow. Advice was provided on future maintenance of the machine which was helpful as I am not that familiar with HPC Laser models. Overall a friendly, informative and quick service.

Arrived on time, and the installation was a dream, no issues at all, Stan was marvellous. Training spot on practical and effective.

The engineer was not only first rate at his job but he was also clearly interested in the machine and what we were doing with it. He went above and beyond to help us and make sure our machine was optimised.

Our service & upgrade was sorted in no time & it was a pleasure having in the lab. Will definitely be using HPC again.
