Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service, Roman the engineer gave our 6090 a full service and test, at lower power than we normally use. For a machine that is nearly 10 years old and still has the original tube, He said that it is in remarkable condition.

Professional seamless service and installation
Great service from HPC from initial enquiry to installation. Tricky installation craning the Laser machine into the second floor but Gareth was very professional and allowed the delivery and installation to run smoothly. The Laser is a great addition to our product development department.

We have a 10+ year old laser cutter…
We have a 10+ year old laser cutter from HPC. It's just been serviced and new staffed trained and all in all I have no complaints about HPC and their levels of service. Always quick to answer and queries and ensure everything is alright. I couldn't be happier and I expect we'll still be using our laser cutter in another 10 years.

Annual Service visit
HPC Laser service engineer provided excellent professional work in servicing the 2 HPC Laser cutters at JCB Academy. He identified and replaced a couple of parts that had been damaged and gave great advice around maintenance. Thank you.

A recent collision of the Laser head…
A recent collision of the Laser head into a "flipped up product" (our fault) caused a production stoppage. Call put into HPC to the marvellous Rob Hanson who turned up the following morning, made a repair and got us underway inside five hours. Hats off, great customer support

Always helpful.
I have used HPC laser for buying my machine, servicing and technical support since 2017. The guys are so helpful, in person and on the phone. Even when faced with very non technical language from me they always help determine what I am doing wrong and guide me. Neil has just been and serviced my machine, gave guidance and advice which saved me money rather than selling parts not required.

Professional, honest, friendly service
Gareth, our engineer turned up promptly, took time to understand our needs as a School, Serviced our recently acquired second hand laser printer, replaced some bits and then trained myself and my colleagues up on our machine. Gareth was very honest in his assessment of our machine and didn't try to up-sell us any parts that due to the age of the machine he might otherwise have done! in fact quite the opposite, and said that the machine was running very well despite its age. Had a visit from HPC as My laser was misbehaving the guys were tremendous An absolute credit to the company regardless of the position they hold.
Not only were they courteous they listened to my thoughts and ideas and that also was a hugely satisfying part of the visit.
