Very little information, nothing like the sample report.
Purchased 3 checks as a bundle. After carrying out the first check on a vehicle, I noticed the report was vastly different to the sample report shown on their website and was lacking huge amounts of promised information. Contacted customer services to ask if they would refund part of the cost for the two remaining checks as the product did not meet my expectations at all and was vastly different to the sample report. This was refused and I was told that only a small amount of information is actually guaranteed and much of the information promised from their website is often not provided. Not impressed and terrible customer services. Save your money and go elsewhere, your report will not look like the sample one.

A very quick service
A very quick service. Also -When I had a problem with a V5 date, the daytime and specifically Sunday weekend phone service were able to address the problem very quickly and I was able to complete the vehicle purchase very soon afterwards. I could not have done that so quickly without this service

Never provided MOT history that they clearly advertise.
Charged £19.99 for info that I was already able to get on Google for free. NO customer service. Had to get refund through Paypal.

second hand mazda was a write off
was about to buy what looked like a slightly damaged 2 year old mazda 3. decided to do an hpi check at the last minute and discovered the car had structural damage and was an insurance write off. spent £15 in total on checks, this potentially saved me £1000's.
