Do not use this company
Do not use this company. At first I thought I was on the proper government website. Unfortunately I was wrong. They charge £84 instead of £21.50! When trying to submit documents their system was not working and still doesn't work. When trying to get a refund they take £25 +VAT for doing absolutely nothing. They won't admit it's their system that has failed and say we input the wrong email address!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO STRAIGHT TO THE GOVERNMENT ONE.

I paid over £100 to get a basic dbs not an enhanced.
I find the sight to be deceiving as i didn't require a basic dbs but an enhanced dbs.
It would recommend you go direct to the gov.com website

At first it was very frustrating not being able to talk to anyone, as I instantly thought they would avoid any requests for cancellation of a transaction. However, the response to my request was dealt with really efficiently online, which i was delighted with. Thank you very much.

Fast service
I was trying to locate an invoice for an old application and had put off the search, assuming that it would be as frustrating an experience as most similar websites I have to deal with.
To my very pleasant surprise, not only was the chat function simple to access and operate - the response was immediate and resolved my query without passing me off anywhere else. The invoice appeared in my inbox within an hour and I couldn't have been more pleased - particularly as I was obviously dealing with a real person, capable of problem solving and offering a great service

Please do not use this rip-off service, they charge around £70. Simply apply directly on the government website (Gov.uk) and the certificate will be sent to you in under 14 days and will cost £21.50.
