I waited over 2 hours for my telehealth…

I waited over 2 hours for my telehealth consultation and never received a call, despite the estimated wait time showing only 5 minutes the entire time. Completely unreliable.
I ended up using another service instead. Really disappointing experience and very unprofessional communication. Currently requesting a refund.

Seems I too have justbeen scammed.
No contact after 4 hours. Nothing but chatbots. Even the help email is a chatbot. They also charged me twice. I'll block that with bank. I can not belive NIB recommended them!

Have been using hub.health successfully for 18 months but their website no longer works - am unable to book appointments or call to make appointments so my script has run out and there is literally no recourse to get it refilled. Logging tickets goes into an empty void - has been a week and no contact on any of them with no way to escalate. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You cannot rely on them. It's a shame because previously they were amazing - but they need to sack their IT developers and service teams before offering any more health services. NIB should be cancelling this partnership.

Can't get an appointment

Booked a telehealth for a basic script renewal - first available. When I paid, a pop up said it would be at 8.30am 'today'. No call - when I log in, they've moved the call to THREE DAYS AWAY. If I wanted to wait 3 days, I would have booked with my own doctor.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Had an issue with their appointment system after I had paid their consult fee. Their AI assistant said I would need to speak to a human to sort out. Well here I am more than 30 hours and several emails/ AI follow up conversations later STILL waiting to be contacted. There is no way to contact them other than by email or AI and obviously these are just ignored. Meanwhile they have my consult fee and I have no prescription.

Terrible experience AVOID

Terrible experience claim they are a full service provider they can’t even organise a delivery to arrive on time and with guaranteed cold chain supply. Then they give “advice” that contradicts their own advertising eg it’s ok to use medication that’s 7 days outside your schedule because our delivery was a week late… it”s ok to use cold chain medication that’s been sitting at a post office for two days because we didn’t deliver it on the correct schedule AVOID!!! Get a GP script and get your medication from Chemist Warehouse - cheap and easy 👍🏻

It works well, when it works. Unfortunately, for healthcare you need something that works reliably every time. If you have a realistic alternative, rather try that first.

There is zero commmunication from this company

Booked to speak to someone and was told that it would be two days away which was fine. Then the booking just kept getting bumped to the next day. Five days after the original booing I finally spoke to someone. They asked that I upload documents buy the next day and they would process the prescription which I did. It is now 2 days later and I have heard nothing. There is no updated and no way to contact them.

I have tried their useless AI chatbot on several occasions. It just refers you to chat with a human but every time says that there are none available and that someone will reply by email within 24 hours. It is clear that there is no one to chat to and it will always defer to email. No one answers within 24 hours. There are no phone numbers, no way to contact them.

Right now I feel like I have been scammed out of $100 and still need to seek help elsewhere. This organisation is a scam, I should have checked first as the reviews are overwhelmingly negative. Still, I believe the few positive reviews there are fake.

Spoke to a doctor

Spoke to a doctor, said approve for treatment and I can just order on theirsite. Logged in,asked me ro renew or change for my first treatment, which I havent even received yet. Charged me another 35$ and made a new booking and docotor didnt even call me(said my booking was at 5PM, and its past 8PM) now.

Wish I could give 0. They expect you to pay up front but don’t tell you that you can’t see the doctor you want to. Biggest waste of time and money. I was happy with the doctor I was speaking too but obviously he may have left which they don’t tell you. Got a doctor who was late and unhelpful and just wasted my time and money. Go with someone else if you can. This company a sham

Took my money for online med cert

Took my money for online med cert, spoke to doctor and she said will receive certificate in around 5 minutes, been well over 24hrs and emails sent to which have got no reply.
Won't use again.

Poor knowledge and service

Doctor didn’t acknowledge the low dose inhaler I’ve been on for majority of my adulthood . Quick to take money and provide no script . Avoid this service

Very bad sevice

Very bad sevice. They didn’t treat well. Only told me to take panadol. Very poor service. hang up the call in 2 minutes and charged 40dollars. Never recommend to others.

Never again, very misleading

Terrible service,explained what I needed in the text when booking, mentioned an un related medication and was directed to a nurse that was unqualified to provide, was told to go to a GP for the medical clearance certificate i asked for in the initial booking questionnaire.
Was told I am not entitled to a refund as I had followed completed the apointment

Expected time for call from Doc

Expected time for the call from doctor 9-9:30 am it’s been 2 hours and no call. I can’t even go to a doctor as the appointments are fully booked till next week for all the clinics nearby. So I book with them. Well here I am. Worst experience.

I needed to get medical certificate for…

I needed to get medical certificate for my work immediately. So I got my appointment with hub health. They said they would provide medical certificate within 2hrs. But its next day now still haven't got it. I got a warning from my work place and told me they would cut my pay because I didn't provide medical certificate.
I tried waiting, contacting them still no response. Such a shitty service.

Poor Communication and Inaccurate Certificate

I had a very frustrating experience. There was incorrect information on my medical certificate, but it was impossible to get in touch with anyone to fix it. The phone number leads to an automated message saying no one is available and to leave a message—but no one calls back, and emails go unanswered.

Additionally, for a work medical certificate, you're not speaking to a doctor, but to someone with a nursing qualification, which wasn't made clear upfront. Overall, a very poor service with no accountability.

No customer service
Needed a doctors certificate for work, they sent me a message that they would call me within 10 minutes. This message came through about two seconds before the call and the phone rang for about two rings and I missed the call before I could even pull the phone out of my pocket and look at the number.
They are meant to then call back within 30 minutes but that never happened. It gives you the option to book a time for a call back but when following the prompts it then says that you can not book a time.
Unable to call or talk to anyone as it is all automated
