Our doctors are Australian registered professionals, and look to make sure that what they prescribe is safe and effective for your condition. When you complete an online consultation, it’s important you provide us with detailed and honest answers. Just like with a normal doctor appointment, we can only make sure the treatment is safe for you if you give us accurate answers about your health and current medications.

Found the process to be straightforward. The doctor I spoke to was helpful and friendly. My order arrived the day after my call so nice and quick too.

Declining Service After Years of Loyalty

I’ve been a loyal customer of Simple Online Doctor (a Miva company) for over three years. In the past, the service was excellent — reliable, seamless ordering, and fast delivery. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

The online chat is never available during standard Australian time zones. The message is always “we are offline right now,” which makes it impossible to get help when it’s needed.

Orders are not progressed in a timely manner. My latest order sat in “review” with no updates, and it took two full days just to receive any kind of response about why it wasn’t moving forward.

For a spend of $175, customers deserve a much higher level of service and faster communication.

It’s clear the service has declined considerably, and sadly, this will be my last order.

Simple online doctors are a bunch of…scammers

Simple online doctors are a bunch of rip offs. They keep trying to charge me for consultations that I don't need, and that I have already paid for. Their customer service is even worse. hey resolve nothing and then won't return any messages or calls. Do not under any circumstances use them. They SUCK!

Was great…until May 2025

This was a great service until rebranding: the customer service, website and support have been awful. Missing my medication now and $500+ sitting with them ‘in review’. This is not ok.

Medication Delayed Over a Week – Unacceptable Service and No Support

I really wanted to like this service, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. My medication was approved by a doctor over a week ago and is still marked as "in review" with no updates. If it’s not sent today, I’ll miss the delivery window and have to skip a full week — which completely messes with how the medication works when restarting.

I’ve tried calling, messaging, and emailing, but the response time is painfully slow — days, if at all. For a service selling expensive, time-sensitive prescriptions, this is just not acceptable.

There’s also been no clear communication or accountability, and no way to get urgent help when something goes wrong. Really disappointed and now left scrambling.

Have not received medication for over 2 weeks

Simple Online Doctor was previously great, but was derailed two weeks ago when they “rebranded”.

I ordered my medication two weeks ago and have not received it, have been unable to contact anyone from the company as they are completely silent, and have had my health impacted negatively.

I have had to initiate complaints with both the ACCC and HCCC, and will probably need to initiate a chargeback if I ever want to get my money back.

STAY AWAY from Simple Online Doctor if you value your health, sanity, and finances.

Do not use this company’s website they offer terrible service I ordered Medication to 10 days ago payment was taken instantly and my order is still showing the same thing and you can’t get in touch with them anyway I’ve tried calling multiple times just goes straight to message bank tried emailing and they don’t get back to you either way and know I can’t even contact them to cancel my order highly discourage people from using this business all the pocitive feed back have to be fake
