they ring the bell for 1/2 a second before they run away to dump your packages at some gas station. Not a delivery service since they don't bother delivering anything

Drummoyne Newsagency, the owner was patient and helpful as we tried to work through the clumsy Foxtel procedure.

I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered as it couldn’t be left in a safe place. I was home at the time as I work from home. Then I was told my parcel could be collected from Nibbles cafe on Hardgreaves Street and when I went there today Saturday 18 October I was told they didn’t have it.

Still have not been told address where I can pick up my parcel. I am very disappointed. I’ll be contacting Temu about this. I never want to use your courier service again.

Picked up my Amazon parcel from WOTSO Kogarah - really easy and convenient . Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's a handy location. Looks like it's a new pickup spot, but everything worked perfectly.Great experience overall!

Initially I had trouble finding the Moolap depot and rang a number. The person could not have been more helpful. I found the pick-up spot, and the staff there were terrific.
Maybe FOXTEL need to get their information correct as the address they had on their site was an old one!!

I received a pleasant response on my arrival and my parcels were handled diligently and promptly.

It was so easy to set up the return of this parcel.
Downloading the label for the return, instructions on where to lodge it and it took maybe two minutes to send it.
The receipt was in my email when I arrived home.
Could not be better.

The first steps with Foxtel to get to the information about the return were not good! Once I had everything ready to send to the Parcel Point it was all very easy and few seconds with the lady to record in the system. I got emailed my receipt in less than half an hour.

Wtf is this collection point nonsense what is this pin where is the collection point you wrote nothing on the card give me my package this is appalling would give negative stars

Worst company among delivery services

The delays in getting information about delivery are too long. I'm still; to recieve confirmation from the redirection hub as to whether they even have my delivery. The address for the hub doesn't exist online. It has a different name. This process has been completely frustrating. I never got an option from you to simple leave the delivery at my home

TOOK EQUIPMENT TO STORE. EXPERIENCED ALL SORTS OF TROUBLE TRYING TO OBTAIN CUSTOMER ID AND THE LIKE. THE LADY SERVING ME SPENT SOME 10 OR SO MINUTES GETTING ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THE ASSISTANCE SHE GAVE ME. WELL DONE!!!

The biggest problem I had, and a lot of elderly people have, is access to a printer, that made it very difficult for me. Service at newsagency Caboolture was very helpful
