We investigated this right away and discovered a technical display glitch on our website. While our backend system and physical bottle packaging correctly included acrylates, a bug prevented the ingredients tab on individual product pages from updating dynamically. Our web team is actively resolving this to ensure complete accuracy across our entire site.

As noted in our email correspondence, we have sent over a prepaid return shipping label to your inbox. As soon as your package arrives back at our facility, we will process a full refund for your order immediately.

However, we are truly sorry to hear that the sheer formula didn't give you the flawless finish you expected. We take quality and application very seriously, so we really appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.

Sheer polishes can sometimes be a bit trickier to work with compared to opaques, but we always want you to be 100% delighted with every bottle you purchase from us. Here are a few application tips that can help achieve a flawless, streak-free finish:

1. Start with a smooth base: A ridge-filling base coat helps create an even canvas, preventing sheer polish from settling into natural nail ridges.

2. Refine the Brush Angle & "Float" the Brush: Instead of holding the brush upright, keep it at a low angle (almost parallel to your nail). Also, try applying with almost no brush pressure, allowing the bead of polish to gently glide or "float" over the nail so the formula can self-level, rather than pressing the bristles down firmly.

3. Extend Dry Time Between Coats: Give each layer a full 2–3 minutes to set before adding the next to prevent the brush from pulling or dragging the underlying coat.

4. Let the Top Coat Blend the Layers: Applying a thick, quick-dry or plumping top coat while the final color coat is slightly tacky helps visually "melt" the sheer layers together, smoothing out any remaining micro-streaks.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are so glad to hear that you love our colors and bottle designs, but we are incredibly sorry that the formula itself was thick, sticky, and frustrating to work with. Our goal is always to provide a smooth, professional-grade application, so this is definitely not the experience we want you to have.

Because our polishes are made with a clean, 15-free formula that doesn't contain harsh synthetic chemical binders, they can occasionally be sensitive to temperature changes during transit or if air accidentally sneaks into the bottle, which can cause the polish to thicken up prematurely.
