Walked into Chatterley this morning, and was given a warm welcome by Kelly, lady behind the bar. Kelly also waited our table. We had 2 Mighty Breakfasts and it was really nice, especially the bacon.... Voir plus

Such lovely water features and exceptional grounds and seating areas. The restaurant was really nice too very impressed BUT the service although very friendly was ridiculously slow and had to wait age... Voir plus

Nice food. Ronan our server was excellent. Helped me surprise mum on her birthday with candles on her dessert and sang happy birthday . Very reasonable prices and friendly staff

Used to go here all of the time and it was always really packed good friendly staff good atmosphere value for money. But went a couple of weeks ago and myself and my friend were disgusted to say the least.
Firstly the place was empty not a good vibe in the first place . There were 4 staff at a table chatting away on their phones etc etc not a good image.
The barman was ok took our order.
The food came out and to be fair my food wasn't too bad prob 3 out of 5 but my friends was terrible. Salmon sizzler 🤣 no sizzle coming from it . On a plate of overcooked dry onions . Just onions nothing else.
We were going to complain but to be honest we weren't sure of the reaction we would get . We were sat around the corner from the staff that were seated when we arrived they were still there getting louder. 'F'ing and blinding one was saying how she would like to take someone's head off. Great customer service . No-one came to clear table ask if food was ok or if we needed anything else . Disgraceful absolutely disgusting!!!
I certainly will not be going there again . No wonder it is empty . Need to close down or get decent staff including chef that actually give a shit.!!!!!!😡😡

Had a great experience here. Recieved a very warm welcome from Emma. We sat out in the patio garden area with a nice little play area for the kids. Food and drink was lovely and very reasonable prices too.

Perfect Breakfast
We have breakfast every week here , the place is always very clean , Kirsty always welcomes us with a big smile and has a chat with us , the food is spot on ( Elliott does the best scrambled eggs )

Hungry Horse Chatterly Whitfield s-o-t, second visit in 4 days.Friendly place to meet family and friends. Lovely beer garden a true sun trap to have a drink.The food is really nice and a big thankyou to Kirsty for her help in guiding me through the gluten free menu. Kirsty delivered the food with great care and made sure everything was OK which it was. Thankyou kirsty for a lovely afternoon and will be a regular from now on.
