Apart from the great prices the customer service here is absolutely fantastic. The team was so helpful in answering all my questions and made the whole process really easy. My refurbished hoover arrived quickly, was spotless, and works like new. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their products. This is definitely my go-to place for hoovers from now on!

Extremely fast service
Honestly, couldn’t be any happier with the service!! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my hoover and these guys diagnosed the problem and fixed it so quickly! On top of that they added something that makes it smell divine! I recommend 100%♥️

Absoloutely amazing , I was having trouble with my shark vacuum and I genuinely thought I’d have to fork out and buy a whole new hoover ! These two gents were able to diagnose the issues and resolve them with such a quick and efficient turn over ! They explained the issues and how to prevent things like this from occurring again, they also assured me they’re a phone call away for anything else I may need. My hoover works perfectly ! I couldn’t be happier ! Would highly recommend Huva for quality , quick and perfected service ,tailored to all your hoover needs ! Will definitely be back lads thanks again

Great team, knowledgable and fast repair
I've had my Dyson for almost a decade and never had anything major go wrong with it. Last week, the brush bar suddenly stopped working, and I thought it might have had something lodged, but after a thorough check and clean, it was still not working. I remembered seeing HUVA posted on a contacts Whatsapp and decided to give them a call.
They responded the same day, arranged a time for me to drop my vac off, and were super friendly.
Turnaround time was 24 hours which was great for me.
Turns out, Vacuums also have bearings, and the brush bar's bearings had broken after all these years. I took the opportunity to have the Hose also replaced, it had been ripped and I'd been holding it together for a few years (it worked for me).
Thanks to the team, I'll have my Dyson DC41 for maybe another decade :)
I also had a Henry vacuum which I wasn't sure still worked and had it looked over while I was there. They gave it a once over and threw in some bags for it too!
The team offered a great service overall, knowledgeable on vacuums, and will offer recommendations where they see appropriate too. All at a fair and reasonable price point.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a replacement or a repair.
