Hygger Aquarium Avis 

The experience of ordering the product through Hygger was great, it was simple and the site very easy to navigate, the item was shipped and delivered in an expedient manner without any delays! From just that point I would recommend Hygger but now lets talk about the product, the hygger Auto On Off LED Aquatium light is phenomenal, it is everything I am looking for in aquarium lighting and the cost was amazing for the quality! I haven't set up an aquarium for about 10 plus years and some things have definitely changed and gotten better, Hygger is definitely, the better!! I have two other products coming from Hygger and can't wait to get them and pass on a review! At this point Hygger will be the only place I order my aquarium supplies!! Now, if I could just convince them to send me a couple of light holders for my new lighting! Lol!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They are extremely helpful - even when I have questions which are not directly related to their products - and patient! I am retired in my seventies and i keep busy doing crafts - however - I have been warned I need to rest my eyes by looking away from the work I am doing directly in front of me and stretch my eyes by relaxing them and gazing off aways. So I decided to get a small 10 gallon aquarium to use to rest my eyes.
I first tried an all in one brand - and that did not work out for me - a lot of issues I won't bother you with - so I went with purchasing separate pieces - and got a 10 gallon rimless aquarium, I went through 5 different and sadly more money than I should have ever spent on my SS income before I found the Hygger Backpack - I LOVE the Hygger Backpack! I cannot recommend it enough - not to mention thier great how to videos to set it up. None of the other companies can even come close to the quality of their instructions. I went through lights the same way - and ended up with Hygger - they were so great at working with me to help me make a good selection - one company I contacted for more assistance with programming their very complicated lights - said that they could not help me because the programming had to be set up to very specific times of day size of tank each different color light had to be separately programmed - one website said use lots of blue to prevent algae - that seemed to create more algae - another said avoid a color that caused it to get worse - I just needed some simple lights with a timer - Hygger directed me to one of their lights - but also using a bracket so the lights were more than an inch or so away from the water. Plus it has a timer so that even if I forget it won't forget to turn off and on. to top it all off, they gave me some great instructions on how to clear the algae off of the plants and decorations without stressing out my fish.

I have 4 Hygger lights, 2 Hygger heaters, a Hygger 5 in 1 gravel cleaner and a Hygger sponge filter. I love Hygger products bc they work great and if there is any kind of issue with any of their products their customer service is impeccable. To me when it comes to aquarium products, you just can't beat Hygger.

I recently had a problem with the Sand Vacuum in the HG292 Gravel Cleaner I had purchased. I contacted customer support and I received an immediate response telling me how to resolve the issue. I did what I was advised and the problem was solved. A big thank you to Ginger who handled my request.

Hab mir einen elektrischen Mulmsauger gekauft und beim ersten Mal benutzen schaffte ich es mit dem Zubehör, dass Kies in die Pumpe kam, worauf der Sauger nicht mehr funktionierte. Wandte mich an den Kundendienst, die mir schnell, nett und verständlich mit Bildern weiterhelfen konnten. So hatte ich das Problem selber beheben können. Funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.

As someone who is fairly new to the aquarium hobby, I've been extremely impressed with Hygger. Not only have their products been excellent, but their customer service has been outstanding.

I recently had a situation where one of the lights I purchased wasn't the right fit for my setup. Their team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. The level of support they provided made a lasting impression, and because of that positive experience, I went on to purchase four more Hygger lights the following week, two more shortly after, and I'm already planning another purchase.

Guppies being guppies led to an algae bloom that overwhelmed my tank and prompted a rebuild. One Hygger led to another, each product not only well designed but effective and efficient. Two separate incidents, an accounting issue and a delivery issue allowed me to interact with Hygger Customer Service. Prompt contact and immediate resolution was wrapped in a very pleasant dialogue. I probably wouldn't reccomend buying this product. I bought a 25W and 50W Heater. The heater has been going up and down with the temperature. I set it to 77F hits the number then goes all the way back to 81F

Hygger Aquarium has quality products at very reasonable prices. Additionally, their customer service is fantastic and they resolved my order issue in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for my aquarium needs!

I purchased an aquarium light from hygger directly. First they sent me a wrong tracking! Then they corrected that and sent a new one with Fedex. It has been 10 days since I ordered and the Fedex link still not updated! I still haven't received my light!! Never buy from them again!

Purchased hygger AC Ultra Quiet Air Pump 11w and let's strat off by saying the shipping was extremely fast not the mention the ordering process was also fast and easy. The air pump is the best on the market and when I say you DONT HEAR ANY NOISE AT ALL! My fish room is so quiet which transforms the whole experience when walking into the room. I'm fairly new to the fish breeding/Hobby however I stand behind this brand 100%! Would even be interested in trying some Sponge Filters as I breed Alien Betta Fish and always looking for the next best Filtration for my setups . 😀
