The company helped trouble shoot the problem I was having with my aquarium heater. Once we went through all the steps to resolved the problem and still didn't work they shipped out new one

I had a light suddenly stopped working after just 6 months of purchase. The customer support team was very quick to answer and very helpful. They sent me a replacement in a timely fashion, i didn't even have to pay for the shipping. What a great company!

There was a mistake with my order, which is unusual as I have ordered from them many times, and it was corrected very efficiently. The customer service representative I was in contact with was extremely helpful and apologetic. The whole process from contacting customer service the first time to then receiving my order took about a week! Overall, it is a great business that I will continue to support moving forward.

I had a wave maker motor go out after about 6 months. They sent me a replacement unit immediately and even though I botched some of the process, the communication and follow through from Hygger was nothing short of the best!

I'm absolutely blown away, I purchased two planted tank lights, and my fish and plants have never looked this good. I've tried all of the big brands and this one puts them all to shame. The customer service was also excellent.

Took a chance and bought the hygger hg 112 put in my aquarium was very impressed. Can't beat the price either. I liked the wave makers so much I bought 2 more for my other salt water tanks .this company really knows what thier doing ,I'm gettn ready to set up another tank it will definitely be filled with Hygger products very satisfied with the performance an the reliability of these wavemakers I would highly recommend.

A Hygger pump I had recently purchased on Amazon, stop working. Hygger provided the information to test the pump, including a video in which we used to determine that the pump was indeed defective.
As a result Tammy, my customer service representative, answered all the questions I had, then collected my information and sent a replacement pump to me. All my communications where via emails, which were promptly answered. The email let me know that the pump was shipping from China, so it took a few weeks for me to receive it, but once it arrived, it worked perfectly. Thanks to the Hygger team for exceptional customer service!

Here is a tip, if you purchase a pump via a third party on Amazon and the window has closed for a return, don't message them for a solution. They were not that helpful. But they did tell me to contact Hygger support team and that's where the professionalism and support came from Tammy to find a solution to my problem.

After a year of my Hygger air pump working fine, suddenly it stopped working. After stripping it down the diaphragms had gone. Managed to come tact customer support and they gave me a new set for free and I managed to buy a few extra set for next to nothing as well. After a bit of waiting they’ve arrived and work great. All the way through I was updated and had a great experience, Thank you Tammy.

I have been a hygger product fan. All my stuff for my 6 aquariums are from hygger. From bar lights and risers, UV lights, heaters and even gravel cleaners foe my 75 and 55G. I used 60ml syringe to clean my shrimp tanks until I saw this hygger aquarium water changer kit for smaller tanks. I was so excited using it the first time. At least I can removed left-over food in my 5G shrimp and nano fish tanks. Unfortunately, the second day, it stopped suctioning, no matter how hard I squeeze it the debris wouldn't even move. Tried cleaning the bulb and the filter but to no avail. It is frustrating. I guess I have to go back to my DIY syringe with attached acrylic tubing. What a failure on your new product, hygger!

This company sells a great product at a very affordable price with, often, free shipping.

I brought a Hygger aquarium Light HG135 July 2025. The light is very impressive as it cycles through sunrise, daylight, sunset and night. The controller failed in May 2026 and the customer support suggested a couple of things to try. These did not work and within a couple of days I had replacement.
With it's built in timer it is a case of plug in and forget.

I encountered some moisture inside, I sent her a message Customer Service They responded immediately, I sent a message with the necessary information, and the next day they prepared my order for a replacement.Excellent cooperation, thank you very much.
