Customer Service is fantastic! Valeria not only listened to my explanation of the problem with my Hypervolt Massage Gun (failed charging cable) but also tried to troubleshoot other possible causes. She promptly mailed a replacement cable and told me to let her know if the problem was resolved. I appreciate the time she spent with me on the phone and her prompt and efficient follow up support by email.
Fantastic customer service at Hyperice!
The customer service at Hyperice is fantastic. I bought a Venom 2 shoulder device at the Sea Otter Bike Festival last week. When I got home and used it for the 1st time I saw the unit was for the left shoulder rather than the one requested for my right shoulder. Breanna handled the entire exchange quickly and efficiently without any hassles/issues. That's why I continue to buy and use Hyperice products. Dependable and amazing customer service.

Openbox Risk Paid off
Openbox Risk Paid off! I'd been saving up for some Normatec 3 Legs, bit hard to justify this purchase to my wife with our young daughter in daycare. But finally pulled the trigger on the Openbox Outlet. The first unit I ordered had a defective battery, but after contacting customer service and working with Jack, I got a replacement unit within a couple of days. Legs feel great!

Venom Back Replacement
We own several Hyperice products and they are all great. The Venom back internal battery finally wore out after 5 years. Although the battery is not replaceable, the customer service rep was very helpful in getting a replacement unit at a discount. Great products and very responsive customer service!

No Words to explain how happy I’m with my Hyperice item. The best by far. Then I have to say that the costumer service was the most professional I had ever worked on my entire life. Everything was quick and smooth. I recommend it for anyone who wants professional products.

Great service
I recently got the hyper volt 3 pro, It came with a scuff or some type of damage on the heated head attachment. After getting in contact with a representative they were able to ship me a new head. I think my experience speaks for itself. Great customer service with getting a replacement.

I own several products from Hyperice…
I own several products from Hyperice and Normatec & usually don’t have any problems with them. I recently purchased a venom 2 back belt and it’s amazing, but a few months after I got it the vibration started intermittently working.
I reached out to Hyperice with really low expectations. The product is outside of the return window, so they don’t “have” to deal with me at all…but they did.
Breanna responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and after providing her with information about the product I have, she processed a return for me and a replacement. She was amazing. Very responsive and extremely helpful! Great company. I’m so glad we bought these therapy products

product disintegrates
I bought this expensive shoulder ice compression device. I rarely used it. I kept it in the original box. I went to use it today. The ice bag had disintegrated. All that I’m left with is the shoulder wrap. Products should be better than that.

Customer Service - Warranty Claim
Hyperice customer service for my recent warranty claim was fast and superb! My Nike Hyperboot failed (battery issue) and within the same day of claim submittal, Hyperice reviewed and provided me with a shipping label to return the unit for investigation. Within a few days, they determined that the unit was unrepairable and shipped me within a new unit. I received a new Hyperboot less than a week later.
The customer service rep was very professional and eager to help, and the overall process was seamless. Always enjoyed the Hyperice products, and appreciate their customer service.

Brilliant Products ... and brilliant customer focus
I recently bought a Hyperice Hypervolt Go 3. I contacted Jack in customer success with some questions about how to best use it. He was super thoughtful and thorough in his responses and the Go 3. I knew the product was an A+ engineering feat, and know I know so is their focus on our success as customers.

My first Hyperice Hypervolt was a gift from my trainer in 2018. I was so impressed with the product that I bought one as a gift for a friend who would always complain about being sore after his workouts. I always say that it is my prize possession The one thing I love the most is the customer service that Hyperice offers. They stand 100% behind their product without hesitation.
