I bought some pills online from them. They automatically put you in a subscription you did NOT ask for. Then you complain and they send you a form to fill in (hassle on purpose) to see if you give it up. Then they send you half of the amount and don’t respond to your emails anymore. If this is not a scam, I don’t know what it is.
Run away from these guys! I bought through Instagram or Tiktok, one of them, careful, skip their adds, Hydrolabs, NEVER AGAIN!

This company is a scam.

Auto renewed a second order, I didn't sign up for that. The tablets themselves are an odd Grey color. Dropped in a class of water and it just sat there for a bit. Occasionally some bubbles would emit from it, but nothing like a effervescent way like they claim. After 5 minutes, just a Grey glob in the bottom. Needless to say, I didn't drink it. Garbage. And their website is pretty shady when regarding canceling the subscription. I emailed them to cancel, we'll see what happens.

I tried canceling the autoship for three months by email. Each request was ignored. I think I finally canceled through PayPal. I am discusted with this company

Have tried to cancel subscription and still in their system getting charged for over 3 months after receiving a email response from them as to why the cancellation.

They are still trying to charge my credit card after I cancelled my subscription. I have in writing from them that they will cancel it and the charges keep on coming. The reason I cancelled was because the pill didn’t even dissolve as advertised and then it sort of half dissolved I felt weird after drinking it.
This is a terrible product and company.

I’ve requested a cancellation for my order and I did get a reply and requested again that they cancel any future orders but they keep charging my credit card. This company is fraudulent and can’t be trusted. I have yet to received my refunds. Product is very poor.

I am extremely unhappy with this company's product, customer service, lack of tech support, and false advertising.
It clearly states that you will send an email to remind customers of recurring orders before charging and processing. I did not receive an email for this until I was charged and my order was already placed. I take responsibility for signing up for that recurring order, but you shouldn't advertise something that you have no intention of doing.
They were unable to cancel my order, which was fine I will return it. I was also informed you are only able to cancel orders within 15 minutes of order confirmation.... I was sent the email at 1am on a Sunday.
I asked for a refund for the first order I received, as I was speaking with someone about the second order that is on the way, they completely ignored that part of the message.
I tried managing my subscription online and was unable to access this on their website.
I have spoken with at least 5 different people over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve these seemingly easy matters. do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
shipping is also slow.

i've been taking this product for four days. Here is my honest review. First when you look at their website and they show a big tablet fizzing away real fast in water it's deceiving. It's actually this very small tablet that takes around 10 or more minutes to dissolve in the glass. This morning, I know sooner drank the glass of water after the tablet completely dissolved. Within minutes, I felt dizzy and disoriented. I had made myself a normal healthy breakfast and I couldn't even eat it. I had total loss of appetite. I was also getting muscle pain and had to sit down because I felt like I was going to pass out. I will be returning this product for my money back and one last note. When I first ordered a 30 day supply of tablets. It automatically put me in a subscription where I was going to be charged every month for another 30 day supply. It took days for me to get them to cancel that subscription. I do not and will not recommend this product to anyone.

Will not reply to emails about a continuing autoship. I now have to cancel my debt card and get a new one just to keep these idiots from charging me anymore. Worst company ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have been waiting for my order well over a month and still dont have it. And they are going to take $100au from my account for the next order this is not good very unhappy with this hydro lab

It's a pity I couldn't give zero stars. Everything from the word go was shonky. 1) a forced subscrption which I didn't sign up for and can't cancel. 2) no tracking information. 3) fob off bot replies to emails. 4) took 3 weeks to arrive. 5) when it did arrive it wasn't in a bottle as shown on the ad. It was a blister pack. 6) the tablets weren't seeled individually. Once I popped one out, the rest were exposed to the air. I believe that this so called "Lab" is run from a scammers back shed. I have to wonder what these pills actually contain. It wouldn't surprise me if theyre dangerous to consume. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Sent 3 emails to cancel, no response, they continue to bill me. Raised a dispute with my bank. Terrible

Total scam, they auto ship and charge you, when u try to manage account on their web site it wont let you. Do not order anything from them!!! Such a hassle having to deal with my bank, changed my card # and they still charged me.

This company is a scam! I emailed them to say I DO NOT want to be put on an autoship! They did email me back to ask how they could resolve this? I asked for a delay as my husband is in Palliative Care. My request was NOT honoured, I was charged & shipped the autoship. I emailed again with a request to STOP ALL ORDERS. I am returning the order & I asked for a return. NO REPLY! They won’t give me my money back or stop the autoship, then they only want your money,! Don’t order!

After I received my first package that came crushed in its packaging I tried to cancel my subscription. I cannot get through with any phone numbers but have been sending emails back and forth. They say I have to cancel it on the website but the website doesn't work. I have asked them to cancel for the last 3 months and they will not do it. They have billed me twice since then but I have not received any packages. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, it is not worth the stress!
