I never felt such warmth and caring in a text before I could just see how Nell cares about people and she is genuine. That’s me as important. I think she is a person that anybody would employ because of her way.

The product comes in a timely manner. However, after the first batch (july) I was sent a follow up batch in August...which didnt ask for. I sent an email to.cancel.the repeating order with no reply, except ANOTHER order in September. Another ignored cancel email. The October order comes in and we now officially have a communication problem.

Can we stop the monthly order. I will order as needed.

I received a response next business day. But I wanted to be able to access my account myself and not have to email and then wait for someone to help me manage my own subscription. That doesn't feel "right" or like a customer actually has control over their own account. But the representative was friendly in the response.

I've had to e-mail the compy twice got no responce to the fact that I have recieved nothing from thr compy and they took my money on the 25 th of Sept . My only thoughts are this is a scam , so I suggest if someone wants to buy some H2 tablets give your money to some that will send something for your mone

Disgraceful - they promise free returns for 90 days but then say they will only accept the latest order returned. This product does not do what it claims and the tablets do not dissolve properly so there is no hydrogen benefit. Do not get conned by these scammers.

I've never received such a prompt response! Thank you so much for your understanding and for taking care of the problem. I wish I hadn't had to cancel my credit card in the process, but oh well.

I received a damaged shipment of hydrogen tablets. The tablets were not sealed individually and do not dissolve like they are supposed to. After contacting them, sending photos, emailing 3 times, they refused to refund my money, even though it says 90 day refund.

I appreciate the rapid response . I will do a full evaluation once my order arrives.

Fantastic service! They got back to me right away and was concerned with my health issue and refunded my subscription! I will be ordering from Hydrolabs as soon as my throat cancer treatments are done!

My request to cancel was answered right away by email and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I was unable to use the product, although I was charged for it, but I was willing to pay because it was already charged to my card. Not complaining, just glad it was canceled and I won't be receiving any more. My primary DR said I should not use it do due my on going health issues. I am glad it got resolved so I won't be charged again for something I can't use.

Support is excellent. Not happy with the product, money back as promised

Product not great. Didn't make any difference for me. I hadn't even finished my first order when they sent more. Gave me no notice to cancel the subscription and just took the payment. They said I could return them but no return address provided anywhere. Have asked twice now and no response.

Extremely fast and easy, they got it done.

Thank you for the quick response, although it was a cancellation of further orders ..it's nice to know people are honest to their claims .
