Despite the blight of Covid 19 on the country, Gordon et al kept striving to provide an excellent service. My wife's, by no means new, Apple IPad was collected, repaired and returned to her with the minimum of fuss. We were impressed both by the service and for the very reasonable cost of it. We would not hesitate to recommend iSquad's services.

Fantastic service. My son had water damage to his laptop. It had completely stopped working. Obviously they cannot promise it can be repaired, but gave you confidence that they would do all they could. It is now all working again and at a sensible price. I would definitely use them again. Thanks

I Have had a few different phones repaired at I-squad now and every time they have delivered very good service. The guys know what they’re doing and always fix efficiently and to a high standard. Can’t fault them.

I visited the iSquad shop in Chelmsford this afternoon to get them to look at my iPhone SE as I was having problems charging the phone. I feared the worst expecting them to have to change the charging port, however a few minutes later - and minus a ton of fluff - my phone was back to it's old self. The guy that served me was friendly, knowlegeable and best of all didn't charge me for the service. I was impressed with his honesty - as he could of told me anything - and promised him a decent review.

had a flashing screen and just about to go on holiday. saved my life. same day, went and got screen same day and repaired in less than 25 minutes. all genuine parts too. wont be going anywhere else. thanks lads.
