Excellent service really helpful honest
Excellent service really helpful honest and friendly. Fixed the phone and replaced battery whilst we waited. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys enough. When fixing my husbands phone did not charge until they could ascertain it was not worth doing. Thanks so much for a great service!

Generous and trustworthy.
1st June 2019: I took my Samsung handset in to have the USB port (newer, type C) replaced, because damage was preventing the charger cable from being inserted.
They phoned me later that morning to say it was all okay and that there would be no charge (no pun intended!). It seems there was dirt ingress and they cleaned it out for me.
How many places would have taken me for a ride and charged me £60+? Not- iSquad; totally honest and very generous not to charge me anything for their time.

Great staff and service
Great customer service - very friendly and helpful staff. Very quick and reliable service provided. My phone needed to be sent off to be repaired and it was back and ready to collect in less than a week!
I will definitely recommend iSquad to all of my friends and family!

Poor bodge job on screen replacement, screen cracked again and they refused to fix even with 3 month guarantee.

Great service, iPhone screen replaced (again!!👍) while I waited, not the cheapest around but great value for money. You only get what you pay for.
