The pictures on the items are non existent so it leaves people to make assumptions like if the will have the spindle, i ordered the wrong wheels because of this, which cost me £25 delivery fee, i then had to order the other wheels which also didnt have a picture and pay another £25 delivery fee. I dont want to now have to pay another £25 delivery fee to get the spindles which really should have been included with the wheels.

I was recommended a spare parts after describing what I needed.
I then questioned this and sent a picture of exactly what I needed and was assured it was correct.
The part arrived and it was wrong.

After being let down by several members of the team, a lovely person called Catherine went above and beyond and arranged a part from a local store for me to pick up.
Bank Holiday saved.

I paid for 2 Peach 4 Olive Stroller Strap Buckle and only 1 strap came in. Called and all I was told was they would send me another one.
No apologies. No empathy for the delay in my plans that they cost me.

regarding our recent purchase of the iCandy Peach 7 pram from your Birstall store.
We visited the store later in the evening and, after a conversation with the manager, were strongly persuaded that the iCandy Peach was the best choice for our growing family. Despite the £1,700 price tag, we were convinced by his recommendation and proceeded with the purchase, arranging delivery close to our due date.
When our daughter was two weeks old, we finally had the opportunity to use the pram—only to discover that the carrycot was completely defective. The fabric was the wrong size for the frame, rendering it unusable. We had to drive over an hour to return it to the store, where the in-store team kindly arranged a replacement.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. After only a few short outings (fewer than five uses), we noticed several problems:
• The wheels squeaked loudly and rattled excessively on pavements.
• The hood repeatedly collapsed, exposing our baby’s face.
• The wheel spindles frequently dislodged, forcing me to stop regularly and push them back in—often on main roads, which felt incredibly unsafe.
We initially assumed these were minor teething issues with a new pram, but they only worsened. The noise from the wheels drew attention and caused me significant anxiety. For such a premium product, this was incredibly disappointing.
Given the pram’s continued faults, we returned to the store (again, an hour’s journey) only to be told by a staff member—rather abruptly—that nothing could be done because we hadn’t purchased a warranty. At no point during the original sale were we informed that warranty coverage was optional or recommended. As a heavily pregnant customer at the time, I feel I was rushed into a sale without being made fully aware of all terms and options.
We then spoke to the manager, Dan, who acknowledged the fault and assured us the pram would be returned to iCandy. He said we would be contacted the following day to arrange a replacement. However, no one followed up. After spending nearly two hours chasing answers by phone, we were finally told that iCandy would simply be sending out new wheel spindles.
This is wholly unacceptable. The pram is clearly not fit for use, and replacing parts does not address the broader concerns about safety and quality—especially when this is the second faulty pram we’ve received. Our baby is only 9 weeks old and has yet to enjoy a single stress-free walk in her pram. The experience has not only wasted our time but also stripped away one of the simple joys of early parenthood.
For a £1,700 pram, I expected a reliable product, professional service, and above all, a safe experience for my child. Instead, we’ve been given two defective prams, little support, no meaningful apology, and no real resolution.
I am requesting a full replacement pram or a complete refund, along with a formal apology for the significant inconvenience and distress caused. Anything less would be a failure to uphold even the most basic standards of customer care and product quality.

It’s great and works perfectly with my previous one. Find it easy to arrange and use it for my two babies now.
