I misplaced the carrycot board and had to order a new one. Customer service were so helpful and the missing part was delivered within 48hrs.

I was surprised to find a part missing in my candy pram set. Put it was easily put right as l got onto the web site and ordered a new part. It was so easy to to do. The price wasn’t bad either. It arrived within 3 days. So now my grandson can have his parasol up when he’s in his pram.

Excellent service throughout our purchase and quality of replacement parts first class and simple to swap over.

I’m so disappointed with the Peach 7 pram. Please do not waste your money. I’ve paid over £1000 for a pram that rattles constantly when I walk anywhere!

I’ve sent it back to Icandy twice as the left hand side is so rattly on a walk. It’s visibly different to the right yet Icandy have said there is no fault. I understand there is meant to be a level of movement due to the fold mechanism but it should make a metal on metal sound at a cost of £1000.

I urge anyone considering this pram to rattle the handle when they test it and make sure you’re happy to hear that metal noise on your walk, as according to Icandy, this isn’t a fault. Also don’t be fooled by the “one hand fold”, as you need two hands to take off the bassinet or seat in the first place so it’s a completely pointless feature!

My experience started when I had chosen an iCandy pushchair, a car seat and all the accessories that comes with it which’s packed and send in three boxes.
My issue was with the delivery driver , he has delivered only two of them.
On both of the websites , delivery company and iCandy, it appeared as a complete order but it wasn’t obviously, the third package with accessories was missing.
While contacting the iCandy, they answerded really quickly and were able to resolve the matter the same day, I got my package in the evening.
Thanks to iCandy now I have the best pushchair for my baby .
Recommend with all my heart ❤️

Product: iCandy Orange 4 Pushchair

Hazard: The pushchairs have been identified as presenting a serious risk of injuries as there is a manufacturing weakness in the injected plastic moulded front wheel fork.
Also affects the ‘replacement’ wheels on models 1,2,3. I’ve read stories of parents buying the model 3, having the wheels replaced because they were dangerous, with even more dangerous wheels to being offered a third replacement - no thank you.
Still feel sick thinking I had my brand new baby in one of these prams and thank goodness the front wheels didn’t snap off. I bought the iCandy Orange 3 brand new and it was fine until about 6-months where the front wheels rapidly spin out of control, making the pram divert off in different directions. Only a few times did this happen into a busy road. Tried to get a refund or complete replacement but the customer service manager was so resistant and obviously following a printed policy that I gave up in the end and the rubbish £1000 pram sits in our garage collecting dust - wouldn’t sleep at night knowing I’d given it second hand.
Anticipating a defensive response rather than accountability, also, no I don’t want a front wheel replacement. Why would I trust your third attempt at better wheels!?

Brought the Icandy Peach 7 after 6 months of use the side frame fell apart.

Currently in the 2-3 week plus of having no pram while icandy poor customer service take to fix or even collect it

Product was okay but when delivered the box was battered, opened and only the item. Nothing to protect the item like bubble wrap.

I cannot recommend the Cocoon Car Seat and base enough! My sister, her partner and their 3 month old son were in a high impact collision on Saturday morning and thankfully their son was the only one to come out completely uninjured. The Icandy car seat operated exactly as it should keeping my nephew safe and secure without moving an inch. I contacted customer service to review the product and an advisor named Donna responded offering to replace this free of charge as a good will gesture! Not only is the product outstanding but the customer service we have received has been amazing! Thank you to Donna and everyone at Icandy who has supported.

New Dad here! We have the peach 7 in Pecan and the cacoon carseat as well as the MiStand (went all out!) and I must say I don't regret anything.

As the carry cot is lullaby trust approved, we use the MiStand and carry cot downstairs for the daytime sleeping and a "traditional" moses basket next to the bed at night and it works so well and looks fantastic.

This also means if we ever got the energy or will to go out, we don't even need to wake her up, simply lift from the MiStand to the pushchair and voila, away we go.

So really all there is to say is "thank you" for making a great product which not only looks good, but just works!

Such an amazing company! We recently sent our pram in to be fixed under the warranty as one of the wheels got stuck. They picked it up the day after I emailed them and dropped it back to me 4 days later. They replaced the broken wheel and the other one that wasn’t broken and also provided a new handle bar without me asking as they said it looked worn. Really couldn’t fault them. The pram is amazing (Cerium) and so glad we purchased the bundle. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic customer service.

I have really enjoyed having my icandy peach 7 with my first newborn, it has been an excellent pram for us! The buggy is brilliantly sturdy and rides so smoothly on the pavements- which let’s face it are no longer flat! The carrycot has been extremely comfortable and convenient for my little one, he is very happy to sleep in it throughout the day, we even doubled it up as a moses basket for downstairs. It’s had excellent use as a travel cot when going away for a few days, which has been brilliant in those early days because as a new mum you know your baby is safe and happy in their carrycot rather than a huge travel one! The material itself is water resistant and the inside lining helps to keep the baby warm in those cold winter months and is removable for the summer. The adapters are all quick and easy to use and the buggy folds away easily. I have had many compliments from family and friends and we can’t wait to use the next seat up!

The pushchairs are the best in the market in terms of style, ease of use and a great price point. The variety of pushchairs on offer is vast so there is something for everyone’s needs and preferences. My husband and I love our pushchair and so does our baby.

The buggy board was bought as a gift that as not been used yet.

I love that icandy have spares for their prams. I just purchased a sexind hand icandy lime but needed some new bits for it just to freshen it up and they had all I need. Really recommend buying from the icandy shop at reasonable prices for spares. Trusted company and quick delivery with royal mail so you know your getting the parcel. Thankyou so much.

Outrageous shipping costs for additional parts I can only get from icandy direct. (£35 delivery for a tiny adapter part).
Even if I had them shipped to the uk and then on to the Channel Islands, that would still mean significant costs because I’d be paying shipping twice. I never pay significant shipping when buying from Amazon, John Lewis, H&M….
