My Order is missing, I only got the two chairs without the actual push chair. The delivery comes and runs away and does not call if they are at the door.

I purchased an iCandy pram for my daughter at the Birmingham Baby Show in May 2025 at a cost of around £1,600, expecting a high-quality and safe product for my grandson. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and, more importantly, very concerning from a safety perspective.
While shopping in Tesco, my daughter attached the car seat (a Maxi-Cosi Pro, recommended as compatible with the iCandy system) to the pram base using the risers, as she always does, ensuring it was properly clicked into place. As she walked through the store, the car seat suddenly detached from the risers and fell to the floor without warning.
Thankfully the car seat handle was upright and took the impact. My grandson was understandably upset but fortunately not injured. However, it was a very distressing situation for my daughter, and Tesco staff had to rush to assist and help calm her. This could easily have been far more serious, and it is extremely worrying that a product designed for infant safety could fail like this.
We have also been disappointed with the pram in general. For a product costing £1,600, we expected much better. It is overly complicated to assemble, bulky, and difficult for a new mum to manoeuvre. It also consistently pulls to the left when being pushed, which does not feel normal or safe.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from customer service. Given that a baby could have been seriously harmed, the response we received was lacking in empathy, responsibility and concern, which was very upsetting.
New parents need to feel confident that the equipment they are using is safe for their child. Unfortunately, after this incident, we no longer have that confidence in this product.

Icandy has great customer service and very quick to reply. I have the Core2 and it’s an amazing pushchair. I love how it folds as one compared to Peach 7. Also the lie flat seat is super handy as well as the huge hood with air ventilation. The wheels can handle any terrain so it’s really easy to push, even one handed. Especially love the handy pocket on the pack of the pram seat. Really simple to fold and open up.

We had done some research into the Peach 7 before attending, but Chris was extremely knowledgeable and the whole interaction felt like a friendly demonstration rather than a sales pitch. Having the product explained to us in person was really helpful. I would absolutely recommend attending one of the shows if you’re considering it.

Firstly we love the travel bundle that we ordered - it’s exactly what we were looking for and the colour choice is lovely. Great service handle arrived after couple days i was given the pram travel system with a broken handle so thought this was why it wouldn't fold up but put new handle on and still won't fold if anyone has any ideas as to my problem I'd br grateful for help no e mail has arrived checked my junk aswell

Delivery was fine and arrived on time. However, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay £10 to return the item at my local Post Office (recorded delivery). For such a big and popular company, charging customers for returns is very disappointing. Because of this, I will not be ordering from them again.

Very disappointed in the quality of the pram. Ordered an ICandy pip pram and it has came scratched on the frame and I haven’t even had chance to use it yet. If I wanted replacement I would have had to be without a pram again whilst I waited for the new pram to come after collection of the old so felt inclined to take a partial refund. Was only offered 10% which I do not believe reflects the quality and the condition i have received this pram in

So bought a travel system for in excess of £1500 from an approved retailer in October 2024. Son was born in May 2025 and probably started using the pram in June/july 2026.
Was using the pram over the course of the weekend and the handle system has completely detached from the chasis rendering the pram unusable and unsafe.
Read on the iCandy website that their products come with a 5 year warranty so was pleased with that.
Reading the website as it was an approved retailer I had to contact them directly this where the issues started.
Contacted the retailer who refused to recognise the warranty, then contacted iCandy whom even though it’s their product refused to process anything or even assist in any way with resolving the issue.
Been around in circles between the retailer refusing to acknowledge the warranty offered by the manufacturer and the actual manufacturer pretty much refusing acknowledge the issue with their retailers and their actual warranty.
If I’d bought a car and had a claim under warranty I wouldn’t expect the garage I bought it from to carry this out …. It would be the manufacturer !!
In any case after a lot of frustration and endless phone calls still no further forward with any warranty claim, I have however managed to get a refund and needless to say i wont be going anywhere near iCandy nor will I reccomend anyone to go near them.
Truly abysmal customer service and product quality given it was probably in use for 6 months.
Avoid at all costs.
