I recently purchased a chair that has truly become a statement piece in my home—it completely elevated the look and feel of the space the moment it arrived.
What impressed me just as much as the design was the customer service. I did run into a small issue, but the company’s response was incredibly prompt and professional. Their attention to making things right was absolutely amazing.
A special shoutout to Joe from the customer service team—he was hands-on, personal, and genuinely committed to helping every step of the way. It’s rare to find that level of care and follow-through these days.
Between the quality of the piece and the outstanding support, I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

With Amelia’s help,I knew I’d be taken care of.
First of all,I like the 3 desk chairs.I don’t always find what I order from the computer, to look good in person. When one of the boxes was dented in from the delivery,I let your office know before I opened the box,in case the chair was dented in. Amelia sent a note of handling the problem and to not worry about it being taken care of. The chairs all are fine.

Not getting much help
I ordered a chair off of the website. My credit card was charged, but I did not receive a confirmation of the prefer. When I tried to check online by entering my email and last four numbers of my phone number in the designated space, nothing happened. When I tried to call several times, all I ever got was message saying I was number one the queue. I have yet to have anyone answer my call.

We are getting 12 office chairs delivered and unfortunately the chairs were out for delivery on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I received a bunch of email notices warning that the chairs may be returned. I emailed the customer service email and received a very prompt and courteous reply from Amelia, from customer service. The email answered my concerns and let me know the delivery was rescheduled for Monday. Thank you!

Another very satisfied customer. Last year I was in the market for an office chair when I came across an ad for Icons of Manhattan. After researching the company and their line of products I decided to give them a try. After a year of daily use, the chair still looks brand new and is just as firm and comfortable as the first day. I have been so impressed with the quality and durability of the chair that last week I decided to purchase a second, identical chair for a home office. Once again, Icons of Manhattan delivered! The chair arrived on time, actually it arrived a day earlier than anticipated, and was a breeze to assemble. Assembly time- about 15 minutes, once you unpack the chair and the accompanying hardware. Lauren, from customer service, was proactive in reaching out and making sure that I had her contact information should I have any questions about my order, the fulfillment process, and the shipping/delivery of the chair. Lauren, thank you! I wish I could attach a photo of the two chairs, side by side, because you cannot tell which one was purchased last summer (2024) and which was delivered last weekend. Needless to say, we are real fans of Icons of Manhattan and their office chairs!
