The website was easy to navigate. I ordered one chair first to ensure we liked it. Delivery was quick and the chair was perfect, so I placed an order for 11 more! Customer Service Rep Felix was very helpful in assisting with the removal of the tax charge due to our agency being tax exempt.

I was drawn to the website because of the mid-century style. The merchandise was also well-priced, and the delivery was efficient. I purchased two Laguna - Ergonomic Office Chairs. They arrived quickly but, having just assembled one, I am disappointed to find they do not match the product images. The arms are a different, curvier shape and have padding and the bar that spans the back is also curved. The look is more curvy than mid-century and not at all what is shown on the website. I have submitted a claim to see if I can exchange the furniture. Be warned of false advertising!

I purchased the Office Chair, Premium Style in brown. It was very well-packaged and the assembly was super easy. The chair itself is rock-solid and very comfortable, as well as really nice-looking. For the price, this chair is an incredible value!

At first, I liked the chair I purchased and it's supposed to be a "premium" style but I've had it for 5 months, I sit in it about 4 days a week, and the cushion is completely flattened with indentations where I sit. (I am a small person.) I also ordered their vegan sheepskin, never came, I've written 3xs and after their first response that it was out of stock for 6 weeks, 2 follow-up inquiries, nothing. Poor customer service, poor quality chair. I am disappointed.
