I sent an email early morning to change my order to a different model before shipping, as I made a mistake. Isabell replied in just three minutes and wasn't bothered at all; she happily changed it to the model I wanted. I'm so grateful!

I purchased two Laguna - Ergonomic Office Chairs. They arrived quickly but, having just assembled one, I am disappointed to find they do not match the product images. The arms are a different, curvier shape and have padding and the bar that spans the back is also curved. The look is more curvy than mid-century and not at all what is shown on the website. I have submitted a claim to see if I can exchange the furniture. Be warned of false advertising!

I purchased the Office Chair, Premium Style in brown. It was very well-packaged and the assembly was super easy. The chair itself is rock-solid and very comfortable, as well as really nice-looking. For the price, this chair is an incredible value!

At first, I liked the chair I purchased and it's supposed to be a "premium" style but I've had it for 5 months, I sit in it about 4 days a week, and the cushion is completely flattened with indentations where I sit. (I am a small person.) I also ordered their vegan sheepskin, never came, I've written 3xs and after their first response that it was out of stock for 6 weeks, 2 follow-up inquiries, nothing. Poor customer service, poor quality chair. I am disappointed.

Bad Product
The lift on the chair failed less than 6months after purchase. I've had office chairs last 6 years without issue, but the chair I purchased here is complete garbage. Looks nice, doesn't work, no thanks.

Mel in Cust. Svc. got back to me right away, providing a detailed explanation with a photo regarding the height adjustment which is on the same lever as the tilt. I LOVE my new chair, when I sit on it all day it's already improved my lumbar support & similar to a 0 gravity feel in the seat by the way it was designed. Kudos to Mel & Icons of Manhattan team!
