Just starting cool sculpting. One treatment so far. I had another appointment but someone called me to cancel it and reschedule. I have to go to another facility other than the one I started out in. The front desk staff seems unaware of what they are doing and also seems as though it is their company. I was told from the nurse rationed that you don’t see result until 3 to 6 months and to drink lots of water to flush out dead cells. My next appointment is December 26, 2024, if it’s not canceled. I can’t give anything but a two star so far because I don’t know the out come or results yet.

This place is the biggest scam. They have a setting for the lasers to make your hair grow back so that they can make sure they get all your hair by stimulating your growth for the next visit… well they definitely use that setting on your last days of visiting to make your hair grow back so that you have to come in more & pay the touchup fees and come in for more removals. I was nearly completely hairless before my last 2 visits and now it’s grown back after ending treatments a few weeks ago and a full year and a half of laser hair removal. It also was really expensive and I was told by the staff that it was more expensive because they provide permanent hair removal while other companies just do temporary laser hair removal and the other companies told me when I called back (after already signing the contract) that they’ve never even heard of temporary laser removal. The point of it is to be permanent. There was a point where they told me I was done paying for treatments, and then told me I wasn’t the next visit & wouldn’t even look at the cameras to see that the lady literally told me that I owed them no more money. Save your money and go to Luxe. Never sign a contract also, it has always gotten me screwed over and luxe doesn’t make you sign a contract. This has been so much unnecessary stress for thousands of dollars.

Ideal image is a scam. I paid a lot of money for a 16 month unlimited laser package, because it included 90% off touch ups for life. Yes for life! Of course, as soon as my package ended they went back on their end of the deal and told me they no longer offer 90% off touch ups but it’s now priced per area size.

So now instead of paying the expected $30-$50 the price changes all the time and it’s $100-$150. When I reached out I inquired about how they could do this since I had to sign a contract for the deal. I have reached out numerous times and employees even admit that the company sneaks in “prices subject to change” so they can do sneaky things like this. Very disappointing!

Went here for a few years for Botox and filler, a few years ago I noticed that my eyebrow and upper eye was getting really heavy so I went to a plastic surgeon and found out that they have been injecting Botox incorrectly in the wrong area and it caused my muscles to prolapse. I now have to have cosmetic surgery to fix this. About 4 months ago I went to a new facility for my Botox needs and I noticed that the same amount of Botox felt stronger and lasted longer which tells me that they dilute their products. I now have to have an upper eyebrow lift and an upper blep done to correct what they have done to me and what they caused. Beware

The laser hair removal is a scam. The hair will just end up growing back. So after spending thousands of dollars it will all be for nothing. Their "lifetime guarantee" is a scam, you have to just keep paying them a bunch of money for the rest of your life for laser hair treatments because the hair will never stop coming back.

The membership is not worth the money in anyway. If you have any questions, you’ll never get a straight answer. It’s a complete hustle. Don’t waste your time.

Now the company is saying I signed a contract that guarantees no results and won't allow me to cancel the appointment or refund the money. Customer service was rude and nasty, and provided no documentation of a signature on a contract. This is a huge scam.

I’ve been getting treatments at Ideal Image for 16 years. Laser Hair Removal, Wrinkle Relaxers, Fillers, Broad Band Light and more. I have gone to a handful of clinics and have even traveled 2 hours to a clinic just because they have the availability I needed. Every experience I’ve had has been nothing short of amazing. I am personally obsessed with their 0% financing through Health Direct.

I have been getting botox for about 5 years with no problem. I do not need much. It lasts about 9 months for me. I went 2 months ago, all of the original "nurses" were no longer there, and someone just trained did my botox. It did not take, and two months later, I looked like I did before I got it. On top of that, I felt very sick afterwards for a couple months as well. Am just starting to feel better. I could barely function...felt like I had poison in my bloodstream. My vision was off, extreme muscle and body fatigue. Nothing was done to compensate the hundreds of dollars I spent with no results.

The worst. Erin 813 286 8100 was a complete joke they took a deposit through Health Finance direct 877 874 4877 who told me they did not have the refund request only an adjustment. I did not finance this it was paid by credit card. This finance company told me they are not responsible for refund.They are scam artist at the colleyville, tx location.

I received Botox didn't last two months went back twice nothing but a run around they only give you enough to come right back works not guaranteed
and they don't fix there mistake just want more money

How to start a class action law suit against Ideal Image? Anyone else interested? This company is a SCAM. They sold me a service and then did not provide the service in completion due to no trained staff to provide the service. At first I purchased a service for over $4k but they insisted I purchase 8-15 cycles when I was sure I only needed 4. Then I used 4 cycles and all was good. I needed no more as there were no more areas to treat. They also agreed I could not use any more yet they refused to refund the unused half and insisted they transfer the "unused portion" to a different service. They apparently created a "new contract" to last one year which would be eligible for refund. I just learned they only transferred 25% ($1k) credit to the "new contract" but I only used 4 out of the 8-15 cycles so that is at least 50% (approx $2k). Anyway, I then schedule appts right away for the new services but they cancelled them because Ideal Image did not have staff to provide such service and were not able to reschedule. So the year went by and the contract which was unknown-to-me that had been created was now expired and so then they made a second new contract, also unknown to me now for "$0", I was unaware of all of the new contracts. I have asked for my money back many times again for well over a year now. Now today 17 months after the initial purchase and over a year since asking for a refund, I finally got corporate on the phone (after asking a year to speak to them, a supervisor email and a phone call to me) and they explained that since they are very graciously honoring a "$0" contract because the original was over a year old and had expired per their policy, there is now no money to be refunded!! Tricksters.

BEWARE of Ideal Image, you will surely pay but you may or may not get treatments.

I have attempted to cancel a simple appointment due to the fact they couldn't get me the treatment for over a month. I received treatment at another location. They are now harassing me and refusing to give me a refund for services I never received. I was never informed that I could not get a refund if I cancelled the appointment. This company has seriously unethical business practices and trys to trick people into services telling them that NEED them. This is a purely cosmetic no one NEEDS these services. They won't stop calling me and trying yo retain me as a client. After this nightmare I will never be a client of yours. Leave me alone and give me my money back.

Ive been a client with ideal image for a few years now. (Usually Botox)
They recently sold me on “Xeomin“
I bout 50units because they said, “It’s basically botox, except it’s less expensive per unit.”
No brainer, I purchased !!
I showed up, they told me they didn’t inject the lower “smile lines” (which is why I purchased), so I had them put about 1/2 of the 50 units in my upper face and the other 1/2 on my neck lines.
Unfortunately, It didn’t work, I went back to ideal image soon after for some “after photo results”
THERE WAS NONE!!
Ideal image had gotten proof the 50 units of Xeomin didn’t have any effect on places the injected areas the nurse had made prior. My nurse was a doll and had her Boss Ms. Amanda, call me afterwards to see what idealimage can do.
I told them “I’m a pretty reasonable person, I just want you to make it right:)”
They basically said I was “SOL”and they can give me $100 off next service.
Honestly$100 off next service at Idealimage isn’t even worth me every returning back to there.
I was really hoping she would try to be a little more empathetic, but her tone of voice told me Me that she really didn’t care, and this Inconvenience was DEFINITELY an inconvenience to her. :(

I have read the reviews but with the new manager, Amanda, I had a great experience and she has turned the place around. There was a glitch in scheduling and they problem solved to get me seen almost right away. I’ve been to many locations over the 15 years I’ve used their services and had great results at this location. Amanda, the manager, is a gem who really understands customer service, and Soulita in front of house was fantastic. I had just come in from traveling and I felt pampered. They went above and beyond. Sina, the nurse, listened well to my concerns and helped with stubborn areas of regrowth. She worked as fast as I wanted and helped with some discomfort- she’s very experienced! I’m a healthcare professional and my results have been wonderful. I’d recommend this clean facility with knowledgable and professional staff to anyone.

All the Reviews are true! I have been getting treatments starting in March. I was able to get two areas treated one cycle each. Up to that point I had had several canceled appointments. After that, I had an appointment twice that were both canceled. The second one that was canceled was canceled because there was a disagreement about whether or not I said an area on my body was Numb. After that they wouldn’t treat me “so take any chances,” and every appointment I had since then, a total of 5 or 6, have been canceled. I called the corporate line and asked a series of questions, and I finally was told that the clinic has a discretion as to whether or not to treat you and in the contract that it states irregardless any treatments left A contract can be canceled. Yet the consumer will still be liable for the financial obligations written within the contract. I didn’t yell I didn’t scream, in fact, I was in tears because up to this point I had several appointments canceled, and it was affecting my work, and then they wanted to now cancel another appointment when I was telling them adamantly that I was not numb and I was willing to sign something on paper. My service is $6000 and they’re not obligated to provide any form of customer service Or any attempt to help me protect my investment. I’ve learned a huge lesson. Never again. If we want changes report to the FTC and BBB. It only takes a few minutes and eventually it will make an impact. I did both. Document the names of nurses and, employees and managers. Record if legal. Be discreet or they will use it to steal your money. Stop your service basically

I recently had cool sculpting performed and during my visit the technician advised that we should hold o my upper abs and only do the middle/lower abs at this time I agreed and e proceeded with the 12 of 14 cycles I purchased.

At the end of the long day we discussed using the funds I paid for the 2 cycles of upper abs toward Botox/fillers and requested a quote.

Upon receipt of the quote and a total price over $5K, I did some research and found that the price "after there supposed 50% discount" was actually a bit higher the average cost in general and they were over charging me. It was at this time I requested a refund from Leslie Perrin and her response was they performed all 14 cycles they absolutely did not - I had tried to resolve with her to no avail and filed a complaint with the BBB and continue to work through resolution with Ashley in their Corp Office again to no avail.

Although the "treatments" Leslie stated they provided has change 3 times throughout this process, they refuse to issue my refund.

I am now seeking recovery through small claims court for the cost along with any and all expenses I incur for this process. I will need to hire a lawyer to legally request the transcripts for all my call with Ahsley as they are recorded and neither Leslie nor Ashley have responded to my requests.

Stay away or do not pay until services are rendered as they are dishonest and liars!

I strongly advise against visiting this place. My experience with them was truly dreadful. Despite paying $1100 for two syringes of lip filler, the results were uneven and unsatisfactory. Melissa, the professional who administered the filler, failed to deliver the expected outcome. When I sought a refund, I was promised one by the location's DM, Nadia, but received no updates despite repeated calls and emails. Corporate eventually offered a new syringe and a credit instead of a refund, claiming that the used syringes made a refund impossible. This is unacceptable. I have been through a lot of stress and inconvenience because of their poor service. I missed important events due to my dissatisfaction with the results. If you prioritize quality and customer care, I strongly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.

Furthermore, I had to incur additional expenses by paying someone to dissolve and reduce the filler.

Absolutely horrible. The providers are not bad when the clinics are actually open. They are unable to satisfy my contract as the location is closed due to no staff after 5 sessions of laser hair removal. I paid over $3,000 for this service. My contract/terms of service state I paid and they are contractually obligated for 15 sessions/cycles. No refund. No ability to get the services provided I paid for. I believe the company may even be going under. I don’t understand how they can continue to operate so unethically without consequence.
