Very unethical and con artist business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are not honest about how their financing works with Fortiva. They ripped me off and when I came in to speak with them they promised to get back with me and never fid. They always had one excuse after another as to how I received extra charges on my bill and never finished my treatments. Also, the treatments do not even work like they say they do. They take your money and don't finish your treatments and lie about how much it's all supposed to work and cost.

I was looking for some option to make a sculpting of my inner thighs .
Local advertising shows me Ideal Image CoolSculping. I connected to them.
They sent me a text and set a zoom appointment.
Then I received a call in a time of appointment and a third party was trying to connect me to their consultants. They did not provide any zoom link and just asked me to wait until they find a consultants, who will be able to provide to me a zoom meeting ID, so they wanted me to wait on the line for dozen minutes until they connect me to someone.

A third party assistant was trying to spell for me zoom ID 😂.
Then they asked me to wait again.
So guys it all looks like they are finding people who have a plenty of free time and can participate in their odd selling process.
I believe that if you have an issue after a treatment you never will be able to find a response to get a help.

Moreover those one who started their selling like this do not have a real value of services.

Ideal Image is a money hungry scam. I purchased laser hair removal for my legs and paid a lot of money for this service. I've had other laser hair procedures with them and received at a minimum 8 sessions. Ideal Image kept canceling my appointments and rescheduling then canceling those rescheduled appointments. We are a military family and received orders to move and we are moving to a place where there is no ideal image. I called and asked that my remaining sessions just be refunded since I couldn't finish them due to moving and ideal image kept canceling my appointments. They told me no and that at 5 sessions they consider me fully treated. But if I was able to finish my appointments I would have had at least 8 sessions. Their customer service was so rude and talked over me. Even my last tech who did my laser removal was like why don't they just refund you the last three sessions? and my response was I asked the same thing. They are money hungry while I'm sure their CEO sits her her comfy mansion. I'm sorry but the lower and middle class can't afford these treatments and when we do we except to get all our sessions or get refunded for sessions that ideal image cannot complete because of their lack of staff. Which also makes me wonder that why every time they cancel it's lack of staff and why they can't keep staff. Do they pay the big wigs high income and have low salaries for their working employees? Are they bullies to their employees? Long hours without ample pay? Who knows because you will never get a straight answer out of them. So I hope their female CEO sits in her mansion in Tampa and keeps taking peoples hard earned money. You'd be better off buying a laser hair removal tool off Amazon and doing it yourself unless you like setting money on fire.

I wrote a review about this company before.DO NOT TRUST THEM! I went to have frown lines between my eyes done.First of all they are professional scammers.Highly trained salespeople who prey on those who want to try to improve their issues they may have.I just wanted Botox between my eyes.I told them about my upcoming eye surgery.I expressed my concerns multiple times and was told it was safe.No it was not.Due to weather my appointment was changed.I told them again repeatedly about my eye surgery only being done a week prior and they said it would be fine.When I went for their free consultation.It cost me almost four thousand dollars by the time they evaluate what they highly swears works and what they say you need.A real scam.Three months later I am still in agony over what she did to my cheek's.The wrinkles between my eyes are still there and what I went for.They read my review on another site and said to contact them.I did.Nobody would return turn my calls after leaving my name and phone number.Their corporate office? Who knows it's a website and they don't respond .I guess they want people to think they care.All they care about is your money.And what they promise you don't work.If anything it causes more puffiness and swelling that don't go away.Fraud.Reporting to the Better Business bureau and also Consumer protection Agency.And Never sign a contract with them.They knew I couldn't read and went by what they said was in the contract and it's a lie.All they want is your money and refuse to answer your complaints.

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Ideal Image CoolSculpting services to warn others about their practices and inadequate training.

Despite their claims of having trained technicians, it turns out their training is only internal and not the certified training provided by CoolSculpting, which all other providers use. This lack of proper training leads to technicians who are not appropriately equipped to perform the procedure effectively.

I spent a few thousand dollars on CoolSculpting at Ideal Image, but the technician assigned to me clearly didn't know what they were doing. They incorrectly placed the applicators, failing to work with the body to remove the fat effectively. As a result, I saw absolutely no results, wasting both my money and time.

When I spoke to other technicians and nurses at the clinic, they admitted that the nurse who handled my treatment had done it wrong and no longer worked there. The regional manager offered me additional sessions to rectify the situation. Since the branch had just opened, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to the sessions, hoping for better results. At that time, I wasn't aware that their training wasn't the official CoolSculpting training.

Due to family issues, I couldn't return immediately and had to postpone my sessions. When I finally had time and called to schedule an appointment, I was told the sessions had expired. They refused to honor the sessions or provide a refund, claiming the sessions were a "gift." I explained that it wasn't a "gift" but a corrective measure for their incompetence, yet they hid behind corporate policies and showed zero customer service.

I've since spoken to other CoolSculpting vendors and learned more about the practices at Ideal Image. I strongly advise against using Ideal Image for CoolSculpting. Their technicians are not properly trained, leading to ineffective treatments. Save your money and time by going to a provider that has the certified CoolSculpting training.

I highly DON'T recommend Ideal Image – go elsewhere for proper and effective CoolSculpting treatments!

These people are CONS. I paid for my laser hair removal upfront, this is about $3000. I got some treatments but my hair is not all gone. When I went to make an appointment, as the nurse had said to make one in 8 weeks. They said my contract was expired, (they said it expired a week before) and the customer service lady was very rude about it. They had explained that the package was for complete hair removal, apparently it was for 16 months and I should have read the fine print.

I will be going for touch ups. But to other companies and I will be sure to tell everyone to stay away from these unscrupulous people. I will tell all my family and friends to stay away.

Their service is actually subpar to be that expensive.

Please don't be conned! I wish I saw these reviews before I paid upfront. They will really sweet talk you when they want to pay after that good luck to you!

I am writing this review because I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of by ideal image. I had my consultation on March 26, 2024 with Lauren Hoffman. I was inquiring about CoolSculpting for my stomach. I was informed about all the services Ideal Image offered. I was examined by Lauren she checked my stomach and back area and gave me recommendations of what I needed. After my exam I was told that I was a candidate for the procedure. The total for everything was 7,400 in which it was paid at the end of my consultation. We set a date and my first visit was April 15, 2024. I received a call Saturday 4/13/24 from the nurse at the Beavercreek office to discuss my medical history when she asked me about my belly button, if I had a outie. I told her as a child I had one. I get another call the day of my appt at 11:45am to tell me they double booked the equipment and I needed to give them an hour. once I arrived at the office I was immediately taken to a room to undress, she looks at my navel and tells me they can not do the procedure because my belly button was still considered an outie, she offers me other services or a refund. She then tells me if I wanted a refund I would need to go to my doctors office or an urgent care to get a medical release stating that I should not have the procedure. I spoke to the manager Tammy Wyatt and asked why should I have to spend another dollar or my time when I should have never made it through the consultation/medical exam. She told me that it was nothing that they could do, she then proceeded to offer me other services that I could use the money for. I told her that was not interested because at this point I don't trust them. I feel like they did what they did with all the promises to to get me through the door. keep in mind this was the 15th of April we went back and forth until May 7th. I was fed up and called the office and asked for the general managers name and number in which they wouldn't tell me his/her name and gave me the wrong number to contact him/her. The number they gave me was to another Ideal Image in Michigan. I asked for the corporate number, I cannot prove it but when I called that number it doubled back to the Beavercreek office (same Voice), she informed me that they were issuing me my refund. What gets me is because they took so long to do what they should have done in the beginning it still cost me 118.00 interest on my credit card that they (Fortiva) would not return. I made my first payment to Fortiva of 279.50 April and my refund from them will be 161.00, it's ridiculous. The sad part about that is when I called to see if they had issued my refund (Fortiva) they said no that if I had not called they were not going to issue anything. This was not a good experience and I will never look that way again. I wish that I researched Ideal Image a little more but I have learned a valuable lesson, learn from me and Ideal image treat your customers better.

Will pay thousands for laser hair removal only to still have hair in the treatment area & then be required to pay for touch ups sessions to treat remaining hair that was never completely removed under the original contract!!

I have been going to Ideal despite several bad experiences. I’ve gone to Canton, ArundelMills, and now driving all the way to Gaithersburg to attempt to use my package. Forget Towson, they are the worst- they don’t even answer the phone. The worst is with Ultherapy. Paid for this service In October and it is now May. I had an appointment today and once again it was canceled. If it wasn’t prepaid, I would just take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the time and hassle, use another provider.

Very bad service I had an appointment and they told me that they were not able to see me. There is a $50 no-show fee that applies to the patient but not to them when they’re not able To provide the appointment scheduled I drove one hour each way to get there and I was offered a $20 coupon for the I have been customer for many years. I have many of the packages and this is not the way to do business. Very poor service.

Ideal Image is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm doing coolsculpting and saw a HUGE difference after even the FIRST session! So excited and pleased. Can't wait to see the difference after a few more rounds!

Why do businesses let rude people answer their phones?
Does it matter to you how the call is answered or the way the person behind the phone speaks to you?

This person is going to be your first impression of the business. Honestly, the person who answers the phone is going to convince me to either continue with the call or move on to someone else…., Do you want to patronize a place where the person who you initially contact is aloof, rude, or treats you as if you are bothering them? I sure don’t.…!!!

You will pay thousands, possibly tens of thousands of dollars for this service being told you’ll see 75-90% reduction at minimal pain. Upon entering the building you will hear patients screaming from the pain. Once your treatment starts you will understand why as you struggle not to faint from the extreme pain. After a few sessions the hair will appear as if it’s going away. In reality growth has only been slowed. After a year of one of the worst experiences of your life all the hair will come back almost immediately.

I go to the Amherst location and they are wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and the treatments have been great. They try to work around a busy schedule and in most instances can get you in at the time you choose.

Don't waste your time. Don't believe their verbal promises...they will switch terms when it gets to the contract,and cancel appts with short notice. Also sent an email claiming I did not fill out medical history and I could be refused service and still charged....beware. Classic bait and switch con job. Luckily Wisconsin has a 30 day right to rescind law. After some direct confrontation I was promised a full refund. We shall see

areas did not AT ALL and have resulted in even more hair growth. I worked with the company as they suggested more treatments and nothing changed. I received a call as well as an email confirming a claim resolution in the amount of $1,368.08 for the 2 areas of concern- email attached. When following up, I was told there are no funds for the claim and claim is denied- even though it was confirmed to be approved by the 2 clinics visited.
No concern for their clients or results. "No Guarentees" is what their response is. They advertise laser hair free services but do not guarantee anything after thousands of dollars spent and only to cause more hair growth where there was non in spots treated. Emotionally distressed by the deception of this company and the lies being told regarding the claim. Would not recommend this business to anyone since they do not care about their clients nor the claims they make and advertise regarding their services. I've had to spend more money on resolving the hair growth issues from their laser than what initially was paid to the business. Buyer beware!

I’d like to share my experiences with this company. I’ve gotten laser hair removal from the Newton, MA location. When I first started my bikini/peri-anal hair removal, I signed up for the $299 annual VIP membership. I knew I would be charged yearly but I didn’t realize that in actuality it wasn’t beneficial for me. When I got charged again I was able to successfully get a refund. The laser hair removal itself was successful. I’ve since completed my sessions and am very happy with the results. I have very minor hair growth in a few spots but it’s so minor and so thin that it almost doesn’t matter. It also grows back extremely slowly. During my sessions I decided to sign up for underarm laser hair removal. I was told by the provider that underarms respond very positively to the laser and she was right. I’ve since finished my under arms in September of 2023 and haven’t had ANY hair growth. Huge win and definitely worth the money. I once had a cool sculpting consultation but never actually went through with it because the provider HERSELF told me she doesn’t think I need it and she refunded me right then and there. I was really self conscious about my stomach area but it turned out to be bloat. After going on a zero carb diet for one month my bloat went away so I’m glad she used her professional opinion and refunded me. For those interested in the cost, I paid $2400 for bikini/peri-anal and $1400 for under arms. They are 16-month contracts where you’ll likely get 9-11 sessions for. The other perk of the contract is if and when you decide you need touch up laser hair removal after the 16 months are up, you get 90% off per touch up session. I haven’t needed any touch ups so I cannot comment on that service or the price.

On 2/22/2023 I paid for Ultherapy Treatment $2000.00 I received Ulth-peri-oral (250.00) and Ulth-Upper face - full face (656.25) Not even halfway through the treatment I begged the girl to stop because of the pain involved. She kept laughing at me and said her grandmother did the procedure two days earlier without a problem. She never offered me a topical anesthetic, which was sitting right on the counter. The procedure was not completed. I never received the Ulth-Lower face-Full face. ($1092.75) I had also prepaid for Ulth - Decolletage $730.60 and Ulth Full Neck $1074.40. I never received the treatment because I cancelled the appointment. I called their 800 number at least 17 times only to be put on hold for hours on end, and when i did get through to someone they kept telling me that they had to escalate the problem and could not help me. Even though I called 17 times, and cancelled all future appointments, they still billed my credit card an additional 50.00 for non-cancellation of appintment. yes thats right! I want a refund of the money that they owe me and I am also filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals Office. They owe me a total refund of 250, 656.25, 1093.95, 50.00 for the cancellation, 730.60 and 1074.40 and 299.00 because I cancelled the yearly subscription as well for a total of $4154.00

I did not fall for their unprofessional practices. Stay away. Here is my experience:
1. Was told to be ready for my free consult before my appointment. They had my speaking with an offshore customer service person who was just bad. I don’t think this person understood Zoom.
2. The true consult comes on and I explained that I was experienced with fillers and shared the previous 30 minutes a waste of time.
3. The cost shocked my over $2200. I can go to a physician for less than this. I asked her to send the quote because none of the fillers were known products.
4. Continued to receive spam text and emails but no quote.
5. Informed Gena where is my quote, the local office got it to me. Here is the catch NO PRODUCT/FILLER WAS A KNOWN PRODUCT EXAMPLE: BOTOX, JUVADERM, ETC. Does this mean they tell you one thing that you are getting these known products but they are injecting you with something else?
6. Received a call from Gena said she was having a problem emailing me???? I shared their company had no problems sending me spam emails and I had got a copy of the quote. I also did not need their service.

My opinion they treated me like i was purchasing cable service or a security system, not a patient.

This is a high intensity selling company. I paid over $4,000 for coolscupting that didn’t work. Beware!
