Never again!
I had a consultation with a rep about possible services, she gave me a price that was a little above my budget but gave me the option of a weekly/monthly payment plan which I was fine with, as we continued she started asking for my social, I asked why she needed it for a payment plan and she told me it was protocol, I then asked if my credit was going to be involved because I was in the process of looking for homes and it's suggested you don't make any big purchases or open new credit lines so I told the rep I wasn't interested in services if my credit was going to be involved, she told me it wasn't so I continued with setting up a contract. A week later I got an alert that my credit score went down a whole lot! I was furious, I called ideal image and asked about it and they went on saying I signed a contract, I told them that I mentioned that I didn't want my credit involved and the rep said it wasn't going to be in the consultation so she was dishonest just to get me to sign a contract and that wasn't ok. I canceled my membership on the spot and asked if they could reverse it, they said it couldn't be done. I asked to speak with a manager but couldn't get in touch because the manager always seemed to be in a meeting or not at her desk, after calling a few times and getting the runaround, a manager finally called me and said the loan would be reversed and refunded back to Fortiva. I was relieved but after a month I got another alert from my credit and it went down 40 points! I called fortiva to check and see if the money was refunded and they told me it was only partially refunded and that there was still a balance. I called Ideal Image the next day and they said it was because of some skin care package they sent that needed to be sent back in order for them to refund the rest, I sent that oackage back weeks ago and I have the reciept...the dishonesty with this place is constant, and I don't want anything to do with them and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I know
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!
I found Ideal Image on the CoolSculpt website and did an inquiry. Someone called me to schedule an appointment with a sales rep (who recorded the zoom without my consent). Anyways, I told rep the areas I wanted to be treated for CoolTone and she immediately recommend 4 sessions per treatment area. How does she know I many sessions I need if she did not see my treatment areas etc. So I thought that was weird and then it was weird that I would have to pay upfront without seeing a doctor or nurse to ensure that I was an eligible candidate. Immediately after I got off the phone with her I was sent the credit application although I told her I would get back with her by the EOD. So this company seems very money driven, I listened to my intuition and did my due diligence and came here and to the BBB and many people say this place is a scam. Please do your own research before you give these people your money. I am glad I listened to my intuition and did not move forward. After I informed them I would not move forward with the treatment, I blocked their number so they would not call me.
I will not use Ideal Image for IPL…
I will not use Ideal Image for IPL treatment anymore. I have done the same treatment in the other centers and the result in Ideal Image was less than 1/10 of the other centers. Not recommend!
doesn’t worth a dime
I did few treatments with them, and there was something wrong with all of them. Whether the treatment itself or scheduling or rescheduling, it was never easy or completely satisfyingly. There are many places like this in the market, save yourself time and respect and stay away from this one. It doesn't worth it.
Today I talked to a sales…
Today I talked to a sales representative about their offer for $8.90 per unit of Botox. I go to a top plastic surgeon to get good results in Seattle, but I was hoping to save some money here in there with this special. The representative Told me about their Botox would last for months. I said that my Botox lasts for about a month and a half before I start seeing my forehead scrunch up again. She said then verbatim “that’s obviously because your doctor is watering down your Botox with water“. WHAT?!! Hi told her I would like to think about this and call her back. She then said verbatim “well you know that while you are waiting your for head wrinkles are just becoming worse, right? You should take this deal today and get a membership!” WOW?! Who talks to people like this anyway I was just extremely surprised no one’s ever talk to me like that before from this industry. By the way the reps name is Imrana Wali. Maybe she didn’t know the way she was sounding to me, and maybe she did have good intentions. But that’s just no way to speak to somebody. I get about 100 units of Botox every time I go in to my doc, so they have lost a very good client.
I was initially approved for 2…
I was initially approved for 2 different procedures. I arrived for session 1 of procedure 1 and was immediately told I was not a candidate for that procedure. I asked for a refund and was told I could put it towards more sessions of procedure 2. I arrived the next day for session 1 of procedure 2 and something went wrong and the procedure was terminated. It's been 3 months and I haven't had my complete first session yet. I filed a complaint with Ideal Image, the BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney General is next on my list.
Go anywhere else
- Appointments are very difficult to get, you need to book weeks out.
- Even booking weeks out, some locations "lock" their schedules so you have to wait until the schedule opens up. I don't have the time to stalk the app or call every other day until I get a slot.
- Even with a confirmed appointment, I've had 4 appointments canceled on me hours before my service because nobody was available to do my treatment. I had to rebook weeks out (again) OR wait for something to open up sooner. Of course, it was on me to stalk the app or keep calling in hopes that something sooner opened up.
- Customer service is unreal. I'm not going to get into a whole story, but if you value your time and sanity try another place.
BEWARE
BEWARE! I called Ideal image to get pricing and information and the woman told me to see how much financing amount I would qualify for to see if it covered what I was interested in getting done. I got approved for $800 she never emailed my my contract or told me it was non refundable she never explained anything. After a few days I decided to not go through with anything since I had a bad reaction to a breast reduction surgery I had got. I called and spoke to another woman to cancel after receiving a $75 bill from Ally, the woman stated it was no problem and that I would receive a call from an 800# The three 800 number reps I have spoken too since have told me it doesn't matter if I got services or not that they won't cancel and I still have to pay back the $800 that I never used not one cent of. I was so confused because I never even step foot into Ideal Image to get anything done so how am I being billed. These people are rude and condescending to customers and even told me it doesn't matter if Ally dispute goes through they will still attempt to collect through Ideal Image and will have it go to collections. These people are lunatics.
Horrible experience with Ideal Image
Horrible experience with Ideal Image. This location was unprepared for my appointment. They could not complete my treatment and I had to return. Very inconsistent information about the treatment and follow up. I heard 3 different things from 3 different people. Customer service at the local, regional, and national level has been awful. My first treatment was almost a month ago and I have reached out many many times to get my concerns addressed and so far I have not received a response. Attempted to escalate the issue but no one has contacted me. For anyone considering Ideal Image, please be aware that there are significant issues with the company.
Ideal image Sugar Land is the worst…
Ideal image Sugar Land is the worst place to go. The sales lady will call and call and call and call to try to get you a virtual appointment. After weeks of ignoring her I finally caved and decided to do a virtual consultation for Ultherapy. During our consult I specifically asked if the ppl who perform Ultherapy have a lot of experience using the machines. She told me that everyone at ideal image has extensive training (BIG FAT LIE). To make a long story short, the girl who did my Ultherapy had no clue what she was doing because she left NUMEROUS track marks on both sides of my cheeks, chin and under my jaw!! I also had blisters under my jaw, which is NOT supposed to happen with this machine!!!! The track marks stayed for over a month and this place can care less about their clients. When I went back up there after complaining of how awful my face looked, they just sent me home with sample antibiotic face cream. INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM IDEAL IMAGE!!!!! Pay a little extra and go to a REAL PROFESSIONAL PROVIDER, like a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who has a lot of experience and knowledge using these devices. I regret going there but I WILL NEVER go back for ANYTHING ELSE!
I only gave 1 star as there is no…
I only gave 1 star as there is no option for 0. Buyer Beware. I was sold a service by phone and given a loan to pay for it. At the appointment, I was evaluated and told I did not qualify for the procedure. I was told that the refund would happen in a week. I have made several attempts to get a refund with no contact or call back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Warning!!!
Warning!!!! Ideal Image Las Vegas is a scam!!!!! The Initial consultation is a set up to get you to finance services. They will tell you that your goals are achievable and can be done within weeks. They will set you up to come to the office for complementary visit. Only then will they tell you that they don't have enough certified personal to perform coolsculpting services so they are overbooked and the nearest appointment to begin treatments is 2-3 Months Away. If you are unhappy with Their scheduling issues and try to get out of the contract they will tell you that you will be contacted within 5 business days but you will never hear from them.By then You Are Financially Obligated to pay for the services no matter if you get said services or Not. You will have to request any information about the services you signed up for. They Do Not Automatically send them to you. And your Legal Headache will begin!!!
Buyer Beware!!
This is my second review for this scam company now that my treatments are complete. This is a joke and buyers BEWARE!! I had FIVE Cooltone treatments in 2 weeks AFTER being misled about Coolsculpt. My last treament included a side by side comparison between my first visit and last and shocker...absolutely NO difference!! I say shocker because the nurse initially told me I wouldnt see results but because I had already signed the contract i was locked in!! What a waste of money! In addition, a nurse told me that they took the money of a 72 year old woman who wanted Ultherapy on her neck even though she was not a candidate. The nurse even admitted it was wrong and they should have never taken her money! The woman was fighting to get her money back but Ideal Image was refusing... in her case the woman had loose/saggy skin due to age which the manufacturer states Ultherapy will not treat -prime candidates are mid 30s to 40s! These people should be ashamed! I wish I could give a -5 stars
Very poor customer service
I purchased a package of CoolSculpting treatments in June 2022. The sales agent and I did a video meeting and she assured me I was a good candidate for this. I had my first session July 29; the nurses told me that they couldn't treat more than one abdominal area (I didn't have much subcutaneous fat, which is what CoolSculpting treats). They were not happy that I was sold this package.
I spoke with the Plano TX manager on August 4 and she agreed to open a case for me, seeking to refund the balance (about $5000). Since that time I have spoken with Ideal Image reps on the phone 6 times. They tell me they will have a case manager or a supervisor contact me. That has never happened; instead, they place me on hold for half an hour.
If you do business with Ideal Image, do NOT pay ANYTHING up front.
I would give them zero stars if I could
I would give them zero stars if I could.
They have predatory sales tactics. No information on pricing is listed on their website, you have to call. They pressure you into a zoom call to "see your complexion" so they can accurately figure out what service you need. Then they make you sign a contract because without doing so, they can't schedule you. I ended up with a $2300 bill. The salesperson Courtney Costello added a bunch of services I didn't ask for.
I went in for one service and called to cancel the rest. They said someone would call me back to resolve it. This person refused to help at all and told me she could schedule my next appointment. I repeated time and time again that I was unhappy and had no intention to go back but she refused to refund the unused services (that I didn't even want to begin with).
Worst customer service provided by…
Worst customer service provided by Stephanie at the Summerlin location. Very RUDE!!
But wanted to share my experience with the location in Henderson. Very friendly, attentive and welcoming. I had Dawn helped me with my botox and I am extremely happy with her service. This was way better service than the one I got from the Summerlin location. I would recommend anyone going in for Botox to ask for Dawn at the Henderson location in Las Vegas, NV
Had the worst experience with the…
Had the worst experience with the Summerlin location back in November. Purchased 50 units and just found out that the lady gave me just 48 units. This lady dropped 2 syringes on the floor and said she was going to replace it. Mind you, it is by law to use up everything in the bottle so I knew for a fact that this is why I received just 48 units because she lied and didn't replace the 2 syringes.
I originally went to Ideal Image…
I originally went to Ideal Image because if you buy a membership the cost per unit of Botox was very reasonable. The sales person talked me into trying Ultherapy. She raved about the results and told me how happy I would be. Quite the opposite actually. The procedure itself was extremely painful and the area I had done was tender for a few weeks following the procedure. It left dark red pinpoint sized lines all across my upper lip, all in perfect rows, exactly where they had used the ultrasound. I waited for 3 months, hoping they would fade and disappear completely. They did not AND I saw no difference in the appearance of the peri-oral area that I was supposed to be so happy with. I reached out to Ideal Image, who prescribed a hyperpigmentation cream to use twice a day for 6 months. Not only did the cream not work, by this time the rows of dots were now raised rows of brown dots. After the 6 months, I again reached out to Ideal Image. They explained to me that scar tissue can be a side effect and bid me farewell. It was clear that the person that did my procedure either did not know what they were doing or had the machine turned up way too high. Lesson learned. Go to a reputable place and spend the extra money for someone who knows what they're doing. I now have permanent damage to my upper lip. As for Ideal Image, the new look they gave me is far from ideal. They don't have a 2 star rating for nothing!
I have a condition called Kiratosis…
I have a condition called Kiratosis pilaris, during the consultation I made it clear that if I could try the laser hair removal for at least one or two, so i can see if i can tolerate. It was insisted by their expert that I should buy the whole package. Now after the first session of laser hair removal i noticed that my skin has became more sensitive and decided not to continue. I wanted to cancel the service but I was trapped by their contract that I cannot back out and forced to pay 5,000 usd!
Im seeking now a help for legal experts
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve…
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I had a service where they asked for my medical history. I wanted to get a different service and after I set up the loan through ideal image, they had me drive all the way there just for them to tell me I wasn’t a candidate. They tried to offer other services I didn’t need. When I declined, they said they would charge me a $100 admin fee to get a refund. When I got upset about being charged for something I didn’t receive and was denied, speaking professionally about the poor business practice, the woman said “well if you’re going to be rude, you can pay it all” and hung up on me. Disgusting practice and horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE! THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PLACES THAT OFFER THE SAME THING WITH BETTER SERVICE.
