My client is tickled pink!

I'm a website developer and this is my second client who needed bookings. The first is through OwnersRes, and then he switched to Guesty, and is now back to OR, but so far it's been about four weeks that he has waited in the hold line for a custom install this time by OR techs. Now I do admit that IGMS took me about 4 weeks with only two properties, but I'm not one to read directions and just jump right in. Now that I see how it all works together, the next client will be like magic! My client with IGMS could not be more pleased and the tech support is absolutely wonderful.

The only CMS that can handle…

The only CMS that can handle VRBO/Expedia without losing the payment portal. App can be laggy, but browser experience is solid. Software architecture superior to competitors like HostAway and Guesty

The BEST STR Channel Manager

I tried many different channel managers before deciding iGMS was by far the best solution. It offers a ton of functionality that makes it easy to run a short term rental across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct bookings - like a unified inbox w/ multiple users, automated guest messaging, cleaner management, and syncing with PriceLabs. While they have an ok mobile app (works on the go), the experience is very good on desktop.

With iGMS, I'm always confident that my calendar is completely synced across platforms, pricing is up to date, my guests are well informed, and my cleaners will always show up. Anytime I have a question, customer service gets back to me via chat within the same day. 100% worth the $16 a month subscription.

As a bonus, I'm also about to create a direct booking website using their WordPress widget, which integrates reservations directly into their platform.

5 stars for being way ahead of the competition, but there are a few areas of improvement iGMS has needed for a while:
-The app is slow and doesn't display a 30 day calendar of bookings on a single screen like (PLEASE add this!!!)
-Automated messages can't be sent on a specific day of the week (trash reminders, etc). I have to use hosttools.com in addition for this.
-Can't add a security deposit to the direct booking charge via Stripe

The IGMS is a great But need improvement

The IGMS is a great SW with great functionalities. Unfortunately still need to improve the synchronization system, as firm time to time, does not sync across multi calendars. Added to that, the multicalendar is terrible to watch, as it shows only one line on the screen and we have to scroll to the right to see the next days. Why IGMS does not show a calendar per month with all days in one single screen ? Need improvement

With regards to the sync, there are many factors that affect how calendars are synced and processed. In most cases, we rely on the partners' API connection and any slight disruption on the other end might cause some delay on iGMS as well. As for the Multi-calendar, it's designed to give you a better perspective on your future bookings and overall occupancy rate, so it offers endless scroll. User friendly and fulfills its purpose

I was recommended to use this software by my agent and he gave me some general pointers on how to use. I did my own education on the software reading up on articles and watching videos and the software is great. If you want systems and automation, this channel manager is user-friendly and easy to use. The only downside right now is that it's not compatible on certain things with Vrbo such as auto-guest review.

I cannot imagine running a short term…

I cannot imagine running a short term rental without this software. It makes the process SO easy and automated. It's a must have for any property manager or owner!!!

Powerful software at an affordable price

We manage six short term rentals and growing. We knew that we needed a solution to lighten our workload and coordinate with owners, employees and contractors. IGMS provided that software solution with an affordable price. I personally appreciate the auto message feature for guests and streamlined financial reporting. My team functions more effectively with a shared calendar and tasks. The owners of the properties appreciate the full access to all pertinent information (calendar, financials, etc.) I would recommend iGMS to any growing short term rental managers and owners.

Great product with quick customer service

I’ve been using IGMS for 3+ years. They are quick to respond to customer service tickets and they are continually improving the product. Price is good too on a per unit basis.

Help is there when you need it

I have been with IGMS for a few years and have been very contented. Whenever I have a concern I always feel confident that I will get a reply within 24 hours or less. I also like the idea that I can see all reservations by the month, I can also use IGMS as my main calendar. The most important feature for me is the ability to contact my cleaning staff from the calendar section.

Great Channel Manager with a very good Support Team!

iGMS was our first Channel Manager, and turned out to be a great option to fit our needs! We rent rooms & apartments both through the Airbnb & Booking.com platforms, and thanks to iGMS we have had a very smooth season with practically no overbookings.
The messaging/Inbox section is very useful, specially the template & automation functions.
And to highlight is the performance of the Support Team: If you encounter any problem, you can contact them directly via chat and they are always kind and try to solve your issues asap. All in all, a great experience so far!

Reco as a Host!

Overall, we've had a great experience with the platform. As hosts of a busy lake house it's been great to have a snapshot on that platform as well as VRBO. It's easy to use and super intuitive. Only call-out is sometimes something goes wonky where it's not blocked and is actually booked on VRBO and it's showing open on AirBnB. it's only happened 2-3 times out of close to 100 bookings so overall super happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone hosting on multiple platforms.

A must have

This system allows for me to manage 9 rental properties as easily as managing 1. It links AirBnB and VRBO seamlessly and automates reviewing and notifying guests of any info I was having to manually send out. A MUST HAVE!
