Good and helpfull tool. Direct booking, automatic messaging and Reports...are really a added value. Mobile App is a bit slow and hard to use, desktop is awesome.

Excellent property management system for your short term rentals. They also have great customer support. I have 6 properties on iGMS now and I'm very happy with how easy it is to use, and how much time it has saved me. The cleaner coordination alone is a dream come true. Chaos into Calm
iGMS turned our chaos into calm. Juggling two listings on two platforms had us checking things all day long. Now we can see everything "at a glance." Streamlined end-of-the year financial reporting is so much easier and accurate. Automated messages to our guests and cleaning team is brilliant making our work much lighter as well. Highly recommend iGMS to anyone with multiple listings on multiple platforms.

Best Time Saver

IGMS has quickly become the gold standard for managing short term rentals. I luckily stumbled upon iGMS before launching my first short term rental and was so glad I did. There are a lot of other tools on the market, but iGMS is sure to become the leader because of their continual effort to expand and improve the capabilities of the software.

Good integration with Airbnb and with TheKey that a use for my connected locks.
A lot if now managed by Airbnb for the template messages but I still use them.
Integration and calendar communication between booking/airbnb/igms is good.
I used the free version that was upgraded to a payed version not a long time ago.

More flexibility allowed me to increase revenue
I switched to iGMS because it allowed me to use the pricing tool I preferred. I primarily book through Airbnb, but there is the ability to add in a lot of booking channels. I also like that I can do direct bookings to repeat guests.
