They DO NOT reply to customer concerns

They DO NOT reply to customer concerns. I have messaged them twice now. Still waiting for my item, which yes it can be slow but the tracking number given still after 3 weeks is not showing it has been received by a carrier. The item i ordered is for an upcoming event and if I have not received it I want a refund. Customer service is so important to a company and if someone will buy again.

The quality of the product is not great…

The quality of the product is not great and the description is wrong: articles were supposed to be made with coton but it’s polyester. XS sizes is more like a S even a M. I will not recommend. Long delay to received the article .

I ordered my normal size BUT

I ordered my normal size, medium.
What came looked like it would fit my 7 year old !
When you read the return. 30 days to return !
What they DON'T tell you is they never want to return it and you have to pay the shipping back. That is not stated on their return policy anywhere that I could see.
So, they will not take it back and will not send me a larger size. I like the bathing suits, but they do not stand behind their items.
NEVER AGAIN... I get roped into these dang bad websites...and I am always so disappointed.

Fake tracking

Order #-IK-143401 I got an email stating my order was delivered by USPS in 7/19/25 but it wasn’t. USPS had no order from this company at all in their system and they did not provide a USPS tracking # either.

Crappy product crapppy customer service

Product took3 weeks for delivery. Dress was nothing like picture. Trying to return is impossible. They request pictures and it doesn’t matter how many times you send them what they ask for they want more then they only want to refund 50% of purchase.

Website states refund within 30 days

Website states refund within 30 days. Returns have a New Jersey address. When i requested a return, the want to negotiate a 50% refund, if not accepted, return item to CHINA. Unacceptable. Misrepresentation. They dont deserve a 1 star rating. Stay Away from this company!!

Read the reviews before you order. The quality of the products are not good and their “customer service” email goes completely dark when you contact them about a return or exchange. All consumers need to stop ordering from these cheap overseas companies that have no level of customer service. They post appealing ads on social media to suck you in…and their products and service never deliver. I attempted to reach them 3 times about a return before posting this review. Never heard a word.

Don't order, can't return!

Ordered 3 dresses. The day I received them I wrote to the company to say I needed to return as they did not fit. 10 days later and I have never heard back from them. Save your money!!

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is extremely dishonest. They will not accept an order back under NO circumstances. They will give you a small amount of money to compensate for their error. The products are NOT made in the USA but in China. One reason why you cannot return the item. The company actually wants you to keep the item! How pathetic. They are CRIMINALS!

Item never arrived

Item never arrived. The shipping info they sent to track my items I doubt was real. There was no name of a shipping company, which makes me suspicious . Once the info was in what appeared to be Chinese. After 1 month, still no package. Tracking company didn’t appear to show my address. Wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money.

Don't buy from them!!

If I could give them a triple 0 I would. Still havent received my items after a month. No response from the emails Ive sent and the tracking number they give you is bogus. Lesson learned. Dont order from them. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Just a bad experience because I really wanted the items.

I had to give it a one star which they…

I had to give it a one star which they don't deserve I ordered a spring sweater a month ago and have not seen it, I have emailed several times with no response but they had the nerve to send me an email wanting a five star review, that's not going to happen. I will give a better review if their customer service will reach out with a response or refund. It's sad there are a lot of good companies out there and ones like this one gives second thoughts about ordering off FB.
