Very responsive, fast and professional service
I was referred to ILA to get a quick ILA certificate for an additional borrowing mortgage application. They were very professional from start to finish, took me through the process and what to expect. I experienced a lot of delays due to my bank but ILA kept me updated whenever they had new information and expedited the process whenever they could.
