Ilyasinsects Avis

I particularly appreciated his willingness to solve problems, to meet the needs, and provide good service. Awesome mantises.

I ordered isopods and praying mantises and I’m very happy with my experience. This company clearly knows a lot about different species of insects and takes great care of them. This really shows in the specimens I received.
The seller is very friendly and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Communication was excellent and the isopods and praying mantises were carefully and securely packaged.
I will definitely visit their site again for my next purchase! Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this seller.

Ordered some Deroplatys Gorochovi and Phyllocrania paradoxa,
All arrived alive and active, no issues.
Doing splendid. Transported well in proper packaging.

Seller was very helpful with answering my questions before and after I placed my order. Animals were carefully packed and shipped fast. Would 100% recommend!

My experience here was excellent. I ordered a Siliquofera grandis pair and, unfortunately, the female didn't make it past the first 24 hours. Even though the situation didn't strictly fall under their standard 12-hour warranty terms, the shop's team was incredibly understanding. They kindly offered to replace the insect and cover the new shipping costs to ensure a positive solution. Highly professional handling and excellent customer service when dealing with unexpected issues.

I bought 10 Attacus lorquinii. They were quickly dispatched and received in good shape. The responses from Ilja were quick and helpful. I would highly recommend buying here and will be sure to place more orders in the future.

Very healthy colony. Arrived within a day!

I placed my first order on the Ilyas Insects website.
The website is well-organized, and all the information is clear.
The wait for delivery actually took too long, but that was mainly because I was simply impatient for the Platymeris biguttatus nymphs to arrive.😉
The ordered animals arrived neatly packaged, on time, and in good health.
There's a good chance Ilyas Insects has a new customer.

I ordered from Ilyas Insects and everything went perfectly. Communication was very quick and clear, with helpful care advice. Shipping is handled with great responsibility, only when weather conditions are safe, which shows true respect for the animals’ well-being. The insects arrived in perfect health, exactly as described.

Ilyas has been amazing throughout my experience. I first placed an order for an Acromyrmex lundii, and he was there before and after the order with all the answers to my questions. Now I’m currently waiting on my Atta mexicana, and he still takes the time to respond and help me whenever I need it. Outstanding service and support from start to finish!
