Great booking service
Great booking service, pleasant and knowledgeable staff member on the phone (Shannon). We booked with another couple and we were in different locations but that wasn't a problem and our bookings were handled very efficiently and she was able to answer all our questions.

December cruise
I got in touch about a holiday that I thought was for this year, but I had made a mistake as it was for next year!
I wanted to go away for Christmas and NY.
Tha girl I spoke to said it would probably be too late to book for this year. She did not try to look for any cruises available.
I looked myself and found three possible dates for December this year! I felt she just did not do her job thoroughly enough.

Lovely people
Lovely people, but confusing information. It has taken three attempts to get the itinerary sorted for our Danube cruise. To be fair, the staff have to liaise with another travel company and that is where the crossed wires happen, I think. On the plus side, I never had to wait very long to talk to a real human being.

Why it’s not a 5*
Really impressed with the service.
Would have been 5* I asked the agent how long a coach trip would be and was told 30 minutes, she said that they would tell us if it was any more then an hour. After booking the cruise and paid our deposit I looked up the coach journey and found out it was 2 hours. It’s not a deal breaker but felt a bit disappointed.

Just Imagine how good again
The booking staff member I was on the phone to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very polite and was able to answer all my questions and provided good information. It made making my booking an absolute pleasure. This is the second time we have been lucky enough to book a cruise with Imagine and again the staff have been fantastic. Now we just have to wait for the cruise and that's the tough part when booking with Imagine.
