Why it’s not a 5*
Really impressed with the service.
Would have been 5* I asked the agent how long a coach trip would be and was told 30 minutes, she said that they would tell us if it was any more then an hour. After booking the cruise and paid our deposit I looked up the coach journey and found out it was 2 hours. It’s not a deal breaker but felt a bit disappointed.

Just Imagine how good again
The booking staff member I was on the phone to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very polite and was able to answer all my questions and provided good information. It made making my booking an absolute pleasure. This is the second time we have been lucky enough to book a cruise with Imagine and again the staff have been fantastic. Now we just have to wait for the cruise and that's the tough part when booking with Imagine.

Beware the very high deposit required with no refund possible
The trip we have booked looks very good and the member of staff was very helpful. The disappointing thing was the extremely high deposit required, which was not explained to us until the very end of the call

Very helpful and friendly. I dealt with Morgan who was very knowledgeable about the holiday I wanted to book, and made the whole process very easy.
