I am a returning customer so my details were all on file,how ever Shannon took the time to check all spellings and details were correct. I was given a time that she would phone back after checking availability was too our satisfaction however she was unable to keep to that time so I was contacted by Shannon’s supervisor who was able to give me brief details and if agreeable our cabin would be held until Shannon would phone with full details at a later agreed time. Excellent customer service!

A Gem of a Gentleman
Today I booked a tour package to Australia and New Zealand with Vincent Nicholas with Imagine Cruising. He was absolutely marvelous! He was friendly and personable yet very professional and respectful. He used brilliant and descriptive language to explain the journey I will be on and referred to his experience on this same tour to make it even more delightful and real!
