Imagine Living Avis

Namitha is excellent - Sales at its best!
I have been trying to buy my first property for several years now. My first point of contact was Namitha who is a brilliant sales agent. She presented Imagine Living and what they did so well that I chose a 2-bed flat at Botanical Court over other options. Her communication was par excellence, having worked with several agents in the past.
Not many people have the fortitude to see a case through which is complicated and I am aware mine was. I was following up with her every time and I have always felt responded to and assured that I was in the best of hands. I believe that she is one of the reasons my family have now successfully bought our first property in London. I would recommend her and Imagine Living to anyone who is keen to purchase their own home.

Best Regards,
Md Islam

My encounter with Imagine Living was positive! While the paperwork process for securing the flat had its stressful moments, I must express my sincere gratitude to Sosi for her kindness and assistance. She consistently reassured me, and in the end, everything worked out smoothly.

First time buyer here and having visited a number of developments, I must say the Imagine Living staff really stood out, walking me through the process, facilitating a number of visits and answering any questions I had. I mainly dealt with Sosi through the process and I must say she was brilliant, really making me feel valuable and treating me like an individual making a huge decision rather than subjecting me to the ‘hard sell’ which I found a distinctly off-putting experience at other developments. The ability to maintain contact throughout (and this was over the course of almost 12 months) helped build trust and confidence and resulted in me completing on a purchase. Personable and friendly in a very genuine way too.

A very happy buyer!

Sosi Ross and her colleagues at Imagine Living have been an absolute pleasure to do business with. Their support and assistance have made the home-buying process seamless and enjoyable. I'm eagerly looking forward to moving into my new property soon. Thank you once again, Sosi, for your exceptional help! :)

Furtive, dishonest and no moral compass. I was strung along for 6 months on the purchase of a property that I believe they knew did not meet cladding standards. Do not work with this property if you can help it. You will be ripped off and taken advantage of.

the rent team are very proffessional and helpful especially an excellent employers called Patraick Cogan and justin philips and the big star MALVIKA in THE LLR department is great ,trusted ,very responsive and proffessional

Sosi Ross was my main point of contact since the very beginning when I had my first viewing and quite honestly, she made this whole journey so much easier and fun for me. She's always so positive and incredibly supportive. I would have been much more stressed about the process of buying a shared ownership flat, but she was always there to calm me down and help me through the steps. I'm a bit sad it's over as it's always been a pleasure talking to Sosi :-)

Throughout the process we were kept updated, even though the dates changed we were kept in loop and were prioritise for completion. Sosi Ross was amazing Throughout the whole process and as a first time buyer we could not have ssked for a better person then sosi to guide us through it. We highly recommend SNG for first home experience

Staff at Imagine Living are always very helpful and supportive. Sosi guided us through the whole process assisting us to choose the right flat at first, and then being always there for us if or when needed. We are very grateful for such amazing experience. I can easily say five stars is not even close to the excellence that you receive from the team. A big massive thank you to Sosi and the rest of the crew. Amazing.

From the moment I met Sosi I felt at ease and that I was going to find a suitable home to call my own. Sosi guided me through each stage of the process explaining everything I needed to know and I’m happy in my new home. Thank you.

A dedicated team. Who carried out service with care. Very efficient communication. Kept updated of every step along the way.
Thank you very much.

Sosi, the sales representative was just a joy to meet, she helped in explaining everything and given always good timely answers on updates/delays and she’s just the best! Thank you :D

Sosi is the best property agent that I have come across. She is very responsive and helpful, she does her best to help me in the whole transaction process. I am very glad to have her as my property agent. Many thanks Sosi!

Namitha was excellent throughout the process with clear communication and explaining each stage. She made time to answer my questions.

Justina was also very friendly and helpful once we visited the property.

The ladies at Imagine Living are truly wonderful. Proactive, patient and really really helpful. I do not have sufficient words to praise Namitha, Justina and Sosi all of whom went out of their way to answer my questions, arrange multiple viewings and keep me informed at every stage of the process. They made a difficult and complex process as painless and smooth as possible. Thank you all for a truly positive experience with a fabulous outcome. Cannot recommend them enough.
