Imagine living team have been amazing from the start to finish. The team were so helpful everytime we had any questions, very responsive and reassuring. Their client care is spot on! Would definitely recommend this company.

Thanks for the lovely support throughout the process. It was quite helpful for me and my family and the process was smooth.

Imagine living was excellent - they held my hand through the renting process. It made what was complicated so easy and stress free. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Justina was fantastic and provided excellent customer service that was far and above what I expected.

My only critique was I had to call them when I didn’t hear back but they were fantastic and getting back to me to explaining why there was a delay.

Great agents, keep up the good work.

Sosi is great! Probably fair to say she's one of the best people to show you around a house. I felt very well informed by the whole team and was a positive experience.

We can truly say we have had an exceptional experience with Imagine Living, in particular with Sosi Ross & Melanie Pratt. They have both made the process of buying our first home feel like a personal one and having interacted with other teams we realise they are sky high above the norm. With their personal and relational approach, we have never just felt like numbers. Nothing has been too much for them, we feel they genuinely cared about us and their communication has always been outstanding.
When aspects of our purchase became challenging, through no fault of theirs, they were the encouraging voices that kept us going. They both went out of their way to help make this happen for us, so we can't thank them enough! Great team, thank you - we would give 10 Stars if we could !!!

Simply great and good customer service specially their handyman. I am very happy for choosing imagine living.

I was very satisfied with Imagine Living and the customer service I received when buying my flat. The whole team was very supportive throughout the whole process, especially my agent Sosi who was so caring and patient and made the whole process much easier. I also received after care service when I moved in to check if everything was ok and if I needed any more help. I couldn’t have chosen a better agency and will strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a property.

Justina was excellent at looking after us over the whole process. I would highly recommend this place and Justina. I couldn't be happier with the overall result and the hard work Justina has put in for us.

Imagine Living have been great. The customer service is amazing and the employees are very personable, you feel at ease when dealing with them. I almost want to buy another flat just so I can deal with them again. :)
