I had a really positive experience in this mentorship. The support from a variety of coaches was incredibly valuable , each brought a unique perspective that helped me refine my signature offer, price it with confidence, and create a lead generation process that consistently attracts my ideal clients.

There was a lot of material covered in just 12 weeks, but it was delivered in a way that felt focused and manageable, not overwhelming. I walked away with clarity, a stronger foundation, and systems I can rely on. Grateful for the guidance and structure this program provided!

I went into IFCA with a coaching program I had built 2 years back, but I needed some serious updates since transitioning to a new niche and with a new vision to scale! I needed to be around mentors with more coaching experience than me to fully understand what I was missing. I also needed systems that are proven to work for coaches so I could become more efficient! In the past 3 months I’ve completely rebuilt my buisness to match my vision and it forced me to take my business more seriously than ever. The changes felt scary and new at first but quickly realized how they improved my client experience! I also overcame a huge limiting belief that I needed to deliver everyyyything my client could know (macros, training, intuitive eating, body image work) in 3 months because I was charging 2k (that felt like a lot of money so I felt pressured to overdeliver… but it only overwhelmed & set improper expectations) IFCA helped me understand the client roadmap and that when you set proper expectations your clients will stay with you for at least 12 months!! That was a crazy concept for me, but now have proof since 80% of my clients have stayed past 3 months! I’m charging more than ever, have systems in place so check-ins only take me a day (I was on calls all throughout the week before), I have a waitlist of 70 girls wanting to work with me, and now I’m at the point where I can scale!! It’s wild to think about how different my mind was just 3 months ago, and how much more confident I feel today. Huge shoutout to Coach Leslie & Marissa!!

They earned my trust because several industry friends had great experiences. So, when I needed better strategy, direction, and consistency in my own business, I turned to IFCA.

But my experience was hit and miss and my results were underwhelming.

Some of the hits:
- Creating a better offer for the marketplace.
- Better structure and systems for the business.
- Some of my coaches (shoutout, Robbie).
- The WEALTH of info/experience/expertise you can tap into inside the IFCA ecosystem.

Some of the misses for me:
- Some of my coaches (had 4 in total; 2 weren't helpful).
- Seemingly constantly focusing on social media, content creation, and chasing virality for more outreach opportunities in DMs, which took plenty of time but never benefited the business.
- A one-size-fits-most program that often left me feeling like I was the only one NOT setting monthly revenue records.

Maybe I was just a square peg trying to fit the round hole of their approach, but it often felt like trying to force my business to fit a narrow mold rather than finding which aspects of their program would best help my business grow and create the consistency I wanted.

I think IFCA absolutely crushes it with some people.

Guess I just wasn't one of those people.

From day one, the support that Ethan at IFCA has given me has been unlike anything I anticipated. He takes the time to understand my questions and his guidance really helped navigate my next steps. IFCA creates a roadmap for those looking to increase their revenue with online coaching. Their coaches are knowledgeable and meet you right where you are in your journey. The content is a mix of modules (so you can dig right in to the content) and open calls, which are incredibly helpful. I was seeking to work with a company that actually cared that I got results and I do feel that they lived up to that.

IFCA has greatly changed my coaching and mindset around business. My success coach Ethan was great in his feedback sessions, giving a challenging but applicable amount of work each week that was relevant to my next steps. My goals were always clear and I was never waiting for the next thing. IFCA has allowed me to eliminate wasted time, effort and money which is huge since I’m still only a part time coach. Highly recommend to anyone looking to own a coaching business with success.

Even though IFCA's program was not designed specifically towards my coaching style/ approach I did find Ethan incredibly helpful and supportive. We are now currently working towards getting my ROI since joining the program as I continue to build my business!

The core of IFCA is unlike any other coaching academy program out there. From the 1:1 coaching, to the in depth training modules with everything from sales, to social media, to setting everything up, its made me feel so much more at ease starting my business from the ground up.

I’ve been able to learn a ton about the business side of things, how to effectively utilize social media to grow my audience and client base and get my offer and niche down.

Its obviously an investment, not only in your business but yourself as a human. You do have to put in the work. Immediate results dont come for everyone.

But all in all I’m very happy with the program so far and am looking forward to the continued impact it has on my business and overall life

My biggest challenge was having a blueprint and system to follow to scale my online fitness biz. With the help of the entire team at IFCA (Kev, Leslie, Lacey, etc) and the community, I've been able to turn my passion into a real business.

I started with IFCA about 2.5 years ago as a burnt-out personal trainer and former teacher. I had a passion for helping others, but as a mom of three kids, my time was just as important to me as my income. I knew I wanted to make a bigger impact on women's lives as a coach, and also create more flexibility to still be available to my family in the ways that were important to me.

IFCA has not only provided the roadmap to grow my business, but they’ve helped me build it in a way that fits my life. My success coach, Leslie, knows my financial goals, but just as importantly, she understands my values as a mom. She helps me stay focused on creating the business and income I want while still giving me the time freedom I value so much by helping narrow down where I should be focusing at any given time.

I had tried dabbling in the online coaching space before IFCA, and honestly, there’s no doubt I’d still be stuck trying to figure it all out on my own if I hadn’t joined. The combination of strategy with a library of trainings, support during any one of there numerous live office hour calls each week, and accountability from my success coach has been a complete game-changer. Without a doubt, the best business decision I've made was investing in IFCA.

I’ve worked with the IFCA for the past year, and I’m extremely grateful that I invested with them. I came into the program under charging for my online coaching, and wasn’t confident in my offer. Now, I’m making more money, while working with less clients who are more invested. I have an offer that I’m passionate about, and am excited to develop further. I’ve learned the systems to be successful, and know what I need to do moving forwards to grow. I’ve worked with online coaches in the past, and they don’t compare. One of the great parts about the process is that they pair you up with a coach a one on one success coach to keep you accountable. I was paired with Lacey, and then Taylor. Both were extremely supportive and helpful. If you’re an online fitness coach, who’s looking to grow online organically, and learn how to implement a system that works, I highly recommend the IFCA.

I’m so grateful for the education I’ve received through IFCA - I’m able to see that this is truly a business that I’ll be able to scale in the coming months and years.

But whenever I had questions she was always there to answer. I wish I found the IFCA sooner and had the courage to jump into online training! I came into IFCA with HIGH expectations and have seen amazing results even with my hectic schedule.
