I’ve been a in person trainer for 12 years. I absolutely love what I do but I knew I was holding myself back not being in the online space. I’ve had a few clients over the years but had issues finding more or even feeling ok charging more despite having so much background and knowledge. Before committing to IFCA I was just as hesitant as most I am sure. Being a stay at home mom I wasn't sure how much I wanted my business to grow nor how to grow it, but I also needed it to.
