Fundraising for my family
I have raised funds for my uncle and my dad twice with ImpactGuru and I must admit that the overall process and experience have been quiet seamless. Right from creating the campaign and educating about sharing it to raise funds effectively has been amazing. I was able to raise sufficient funds for my family. No services only cheating and cheating and cheating. They will eat your money and will pretend like they don't know anything.. they will always Ring you and ask you to work despite their job is to provide. And continuous calling from them will get into your nerves... And when you will ask for your raised funds they will stop receiving your calls and ignore you like anything..

Donation collected on impact guru..still not given to my friend family. They don't reply on messages and even u can't mail them..As Email id not reachable..Don't give Donations on impact guru. Or try to raise fund.. Government should make strict policy for donations platform.

In cases where a patient unfortunately passes away, disbursement may require additional documentation and compliance verification before funds can be released to the legal beneficiary. This process is necessary to ensure lawful and appropriate transfer of the raised amount.
However, there should never be a communication gap. If you have not received responses or are facing difficulty reaching us, we sincerely apologize for that experience.
We request you to please share:
The campaign ID
The registered contact number/email
The beneficiary details
at info@impactguru.com with the subject line “Urgent – Deceased Beneficiary Case”. Our senior compliance and fund transfer team will review this on priority and provide a clear update regarding fund status and next steps.
We assure you that funds raised are not retained unlawfully. They are processed in accordance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
Once again, we extend our condolences to the family, and we remain committed to resolving this matter responsibly and transparently.

Their website says 0% processing fees but they took almost 40% of the fund raised for myself.
Also the fund disbursement is not the easy one.. I will waiting for 2 weeks for it and still no positive news for the impact guru team.
Almost 165000 was collected out of which they took 75000 and still no return of the remaining funds to my account..

ImpactGuru does not deduct 40% of the funds raised. When we mention “0% platform fee” in certain campaigns, it refers specifically to the platform service fee. However, statutory charges such as:
Payment gateway processing charges
GST applicable on those charges
Any selected optional services (if applicable)
may still apply. These are industry-standard and not hidden deductions.
A deduction of ₹75,000 on ₹1,65,000 is significant, and we would like to review this immediately to provide a detailed, itemized reconciliation. Such a large variance would typically indicate either a misunderstanding of gross vs. net amounts, refunds/chargebacks, or pending compliance adjustments — but we need to verify the specifics of your case.
Regarding disbursement delays: fund transfers are subject to KYC verification, beneficiary validation, and compliance checks. While this can take some time, a two-week delay without clear communication is not the experience we aim to provide.

SERIOUS WARNING - DONT FALL FOR THEM
SERIOUS WARNING - Dont fall into their trap ever. They dont do anything except for creating a donation link and then whatever is collected from your friend circle they scrape a good 35 to 40% in different heads (no transparency at all) and keep poking and pestering you to spread it to all your contacts in FB and LinkedIn. What are are you scamming us for 40% when you dont get any one to contribute.
I think i heard there are some other platforms that are much more transparent and supportive.
