I definitely recommend this agency.

Many thanks for all you help and support Daniel and Aga.

Gary is excellent, was helpful from start to finish even though I was only temping for a month. Nothing was a problem and was grateful for his help in getting some work.

It is a pleasure working with Impact. The best agency. Charley, Alex and the rest of the team are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!! 🤩

The team is incredibly professional and supportive, and I couldn't be more grateful. Agnieszka deserves a special shoutout for her exception kindness and constant willingness to help. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels supported ande valued. She's made me feel like part of the company from day one, and I've never once felt like a new starter-even after being out of work for many years. Thanks to her and Dan encouragement, my conifidence in my role has grown tremendously.

Dan is also very nice well spoken and down to earth guy. He was extremely helpful throughout the interview and induction process. he went through everything in clear and detailed steps, making the requirement easy to understand.

Brad was great, although I ended up taking a different job he was the most responsive recruiter I've dealt with. If I find myself out of work again he will be my first port of call. Thanks again.

Omg where do I start from my registration with Aga from Peterborough to starting the work for a warehouse local to me the experience was so professional and welcoming and by far the best agency I have been with all thanks to Agnieszka Racoczy who is the on site manager and tbh she’s always there for you never says no and helps always. Also want to shout out Dan who is a local legend also very nice and down to earth guy very polite and helpful I think in my eyes they have done a great job and Aga deserves a promotion for her continuous hard work and determination to succeed and help so many people along the way
Thank you ❤️

Cost effective solution to all of our staffing requirements. All parts of the process have been effortless from start to finish all thanks to the help of Jade. Couldn't recommend Impact enough.

I am more then happy to say that impact Recruitment is great and communication is very easy .If you need help Agnieszka is always there for you and she’s very helpful.

Impact Recruitment has been amazing for the short time I was with them. I had contacted them to find a better suited job and Charley from the team had called me about an opening. It was the perfect match up, from the call to starting only took 1 day, and only 8 weeks into my employment I had landed a contract with the company. Amazing people, very dedicated and professional. Highly recommend.

I would write this review based on my experiences with Impact Recruitment, i’d like to start by praising Seb Hannah and Debbie for the countless and tiring hours of dedication to all of us and our needs. We can call upon them at any time and they are always willing to help and go the extra mile to support our needs and our requests I don’t feel I’m working for a company. I feel I’m working with family and I would recommend Impact Recruitment to anyone and any friend I may have.

Great recruitment agency with a very professional team. I signed up on Tuesday 14th and started full-time, with ongoing work just 2 days later. Jade will work with you to find a suitable role and won't just send you anywhere

I’ve been working for impact for around 12 weeks. I’m extremely happy as I feel I’ve been welcomed into a wonderful team.

With support from seb, hannah and Debbie, it has made me feel welcomed and comfortable in my new role.

I have worked for a lot of agencies but none have been as supportive and compassionate as impact at howdens. Dealing first hand with Hannah and seb has made my adjustment to this role a lot easier. And I have peace of mind knowing when I come to work I’ll be supported and respected.
